Carlos was a wonderful host and met us upon arrival at the condo. The unit is big, bright with natural sunlight and modern . The beds are very comfortable. Location is great just a short walk and you’re in town. Can’t wait to return!

Tidy by name and appearance. A comfortable bed and plenty of drawers and cupboard space with hangers. The en-suite bathroom also had plenty of storage for our bits and bobs.A very well appointed kitchen but we didn’t use the small breakfast table because we made the most of the terrace table which took the morning sun.We would have liked some cushions for both indoors and out, but all in all the apartment was in a good area with plenty of eateries close by and a nice walk to catch the ferries to the various islands.Carlos was an excellent host, very helpful and generous with his time.

Clean modern apartment with all the amenities in a great location to restaurants and supermarkets. We would definitely stay here again.

Great couple managing this who were very helpful and communicative throughout. Good clean property , very well stocked and we had everything we needed including pool but umbrellas were broken. The surrounding area is still developing so view over waste ground in front not great and local handful of restaurants were very average. However within 15/20 minute walk you can be in very nice old town and marina . V small mini market was also in centre so just stock up just outside area at the start of your break.

Comfortable and convenient apartment

Our family of four had an excellent stay at this apartment. It's in a great location close to the marina, restaurants and shops. It was well stocked and had a full kitchen, a patio, and lots of space.

A lovely apartment in excellent location

Had a great time - apartment fully equipped and tastefully decorated - location good for Marina, markets, ferries and restaurants. Communication from Ana and Luisa was excellent - we felt very welcome .

Great option for a couple of weeks in Olhão

The flat looks like the pictures and the lady that manages the flat is available to help and very responsive. I also liked the fully equipped kitchen

Holiday in Olhao

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely apartment. Comfortable and modern, equipped with everything you would need and more! Olhao - April 2023

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Excellently located in this lovely traditional fishing village, close to everything - shops, markets, restaurants and ferries to the nearby islands, which are stunning! Also train and bus stations where you can go to all the nearby towns. The apartment itself has everything you would need for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, kitchen stocked with necessities. Carlos met us upon arrival with water, coffee, fresh fruits and wine. So welcoming! Luisa exchanged fresh linens and towels weekly and always came with a surprise from the market! So thoughtful! The communication with both was excellent! The location allows easy walking to groceries, old downtown shopping and restaurants, and great restaurants at the Marina across the street. Also a great walking trail to the salt flats! A 10-15 minute drive from the airport was convenient, especially for car rentals. We highly recommend the apartment of Carlos and Luisa!

We loved the apartment- it was the perfect base for exploring Olhao and the islands. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and homely and Luisa was a friendly and very helpful host. The lovely and quiet rooftop pool was ideal for us - the children were in it every day! Olhao is a vibrant and relaxed place to stay, with a fantastic array of excellent restaurants- we ate lots of delicious seafood. The islands are lovely. We like quiet beaches and although it was the height of summer, a fifteen minute walk along each island beach took us to beautiful and peaceful spots to while away our days. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier holiday!

Summer Holiday

The communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish The apartment is well decorated, very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. I can honestly say, by far the best holiday rental we have been in. Great location with everything at your door step, Restaurant's, bars, supermarkets, shop's , local market and the beautiful Islands which you can visit by a short boat trip . Excellent base for summer vacation

The appartment is in perfect condition and well equipped with everything I could think off. Individual A/Cs in the 2 bedrooms and living room.Smooth, quick journey from the airport in about 15 minutes. For a small fee, Carlos picked us up and later drove us back. We got some useful information right away - it cannot be better. The whole family speaks excellent English and communication is very friendly and fast. This quarter with 4-storey apartment buildings is currently under construction, most of it is already finished. Especially the ferry trip to the island of Culatra is highly recommended in summer. The ferry leaves every ~ 2 hours at a walk distance of about 1 km from the appartment.

Tout était parfait. Un super accueil avec de petites attentions et des supers conseils. Un appartement génial très bien situé par rapport au centre ville et avec tous les équipements y compris pour aller à la plage (jeux pour enfants, parasols, ...). La piscine sur le toit est top. Profitez du couché du soleil dans la piscine un vrai luxe. Très belle expérience.
