Vista Duomo - My Home In Como

Dear Cinthia, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the apartment's cooling system. The property is equipped with two wall-mounted air-conditioning units, one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms are provided with fans to compensate for the absence of individual air-conditioning units in those rooms. This arrangement, together with the air-conditioning system, is designed to maintain a comfortable and pleasant temperature throughout the apartment. Regarding your report of a musty smell, we immediately took action and arranged for the situation to be checked. Following our inspection, we confirmed that there was no evidence of a musty smell inside the apartment. Had we found any issue, we would certainly have taken the necessary steps to address it promptly. We always strive to provide a comfortable environment for our guests and are sorry if your experience did not entirely reflect this. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. Kind regards, My Home in Como
