A dive into emerald waters, unique submerged cliffs, a boat trip among islands and spectacular caves. Then inland, the green vineyards of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, the ancient nuraghe guarding millennia-old stories, and villages steeped in tradition. In this timeless setting, Villa Futura welcomes you with its double soul: the charm of classic Mediterranean style and the elegance of modernity—a retreat suspended between memory and future.

The Villa
- Villa Futura opens onto a spacious living room in classic style, with wooden beams and large windows that let in the light of the sea. Behind it, a fully equipped kitchen and functional spaces. The sleeping area includes five bedrooms: one double, one single, and three twin rooms (one of which preserves the traditional character with an internal washbasin). The house also offers three bathrooms, one en-suite, with bright furnishings inspired by the colors of the land and sea.
Smart home technology for lights and audio, Starlink connection up to 200 MB, and an electric car charging station make the villa perfect for those who seek contemporary comfort in a natural setting.

Outdoors and the Pool
- Every room faces the horizon. The granite veranda leads to the terrace with a private heated pool and jacuzzi, perched above the sea. Here you can relax between the solarium, shaded areas, and peaceful silence, with sunsets reflecting on the water and taking your breath away.

The Surroundings
- Villa Futura is located in the upper, more private part of Costa Paradiso, with only a few other villas well spaced apart. A path next to the property leads to the natural pools, a quiet and secluded spot. In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the center with supermarkets, restaurants, and services, or the starting point for the Li Cossi beach trail and boat trips to Cala Tinnari. The Gallura hinterland completes the experience with horseback riding, wine tastings, and villages that preserve the charm of a bygone era.

Property was beautiful! Location was private and a short drive from nearby restaurants. Hot tub took awhile to heat up. There was sand in the hot tub. The laundry washer was very small and there was no dryer (but I guess that's typical for Italy?)

The house itself was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We loved the views! The layout of the house was nice, as you can close the doors on both hallways to the bedrooms so that those who wanted to sleep wouldn't be disturbed by those enjoying the main spaces. Having a door out on to the patio from every room was a plus!The notable downsides:-the hot tub didn't work for half of our stay and by the end, it smelled swampy and had algae growing along the bottom. this was a major downside for us as we specifically searched and paid for a property with a hot tub. the property manager seemed put out by our requests to have it fixed. didn't make us feel accomodated or welcomed.-there is no coffee maker in the house outside of the espresso machine so attempting to make an americano was a real project. -there are no patio umbrellas and the sun is hot, which often forced us indoors on beautiful days in an effort to get out of the sun. the only patio furniture was a rickety rattan cocktail table with four chairs that were painful to sit on. there were also four lounge chairs by the pool, but no tables to be had to place a drink/book on. Given that the house sleeps 7, 4 chairs simply wasn't enough. It would have been great to have some comfortable patio furniture under the shaded overhang of the house to lounge on. MASSIVE downsides.-the property has no shared collection of pool floats, beach chairs, etc. which made it tough for us as we'd traveled far.

Dear Carrie, thank you very much for your feedback – we truly appreciate it. That said, I would like to clarify a few points. The hot tub was unfortunately not working for the first two days, and for that you were refunded. After that, however, it functioned properly at the required temperature of 36°C. You were very welcome guests, and we did our best to make you feel at home. I personally came by the house several times, and during those visits, the jacuzzi showed no signs of unpleasant smell or algae. Regarding the patio, please note that we do not provide an umbrella due to the mistral wind in our area, as the house faces northwest. However, there is a large, fully furnished veranda right by the pool for shade and relaxation. Lastly, we would like to mention that pool floats are not provided as part of the rental. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de près de 2 semaines là bas. Tout d abord, la communication avec l agence en charge de la maison était parfaite, très pro, tout était très clair et nous avons reçu beaucoup d informations en avance pour préparer au mieux notre séjour (commodités, endroits à visiter,etc.). Que dire sur la maison: une vue et un extérieur à couper le souffle, des chambres avec une bonne literie et la Clim. Un barbecue en dur pour faire de super repas. Piscine vue sur mer avec un jacuzzi pour les plus frileux.Plages et commerces situés à 10mn de la maison. Excellent séjour, on recommande grandement

Wij hebben een heerlijke 10 dagen verblijf gehad. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Super luxe bubbelbad, wasmachine, goede wifi, muziekafspeler. Bedden en douche okay. Sommige dingen wat gedateerd
