La magnifique villa indépendante Li Filaschi offre des vues spectaculaires sur la mer, depuis sa grande terrasse extérieure et son espace barbecue, qui sont parfaits pour profiter de la nourriture et du vin locaux et regarder le superbe coucher de soleil.

La villa comprend la maison principale avec deux chambres doubles et une chambre lits jumeaux (qui peut être transformée en lit double sur demande) avec trois salles de bains, et une indépendance attenante avec une petite chambre double et des toilettes privatives.

Du grand salon / salle à manger lumineux et frais de la villa principale, de grandes portes mènent à la terrasse arrière, à la piscine privée et aux chaises longues avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan.

La cuisine est bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz et four électrique. Il y a une buanderie avec machine à laver et corde à linge.

La maison est située sur 2000 m2 de terrain, vous obtenez donc une véritable sensation d'espace et de solitude. Il y a aussi un parking hors rue pour jusqu'à 2 voitures. La villa est à moins de 1 km de la plage, des restaurants et des boutiques de Costa Paradiso.

Installations de Costa Paradiso: Costa Paradiso est une communauté privée qui entretient ses propres routes et installations, par conséquent, elle est très propre et bien organisée. Dans le centre, vous trouverez un choix de supermarchés, boutiques de cadeaux, ainsi que d'excellents poissonniers, bouchers et magasins de produits frais. Un centre médical sur place est à la disposition des résidents (de mai à septembre). Costa Paradiso possède également sa propre plage isolée, Li Cossi, accessible à quelques pas le long du promontoire depuis l'école de plongée. Cette charmante crique vaut bien la visite. Il y a un club de tennis à Costa Paradiso que les résidents peuvent rejoindre pendant leurs vacances. Il y a plusieurs courts ici et des piscines et aussi des animations en soirée. Costa Paradiso a sa propre école de plongée qui peut être réservée localement. Vous pouvez également faire des excursions en bateau à partir d'ici.

Comme Costa Paradiso est principalement un village de vacances, la plupart des magasins sont ouverts en saison (juin-septembre), mais mai est particulièrement beau en Sardaigne pour la gamme de fleurs sauvages et le climat idéal pour des vacances à pied. Les snack-bars sont ouverts toute l'année et Valledoria à proximité (20 minutes en voiture) fournit un grand supermarché pour les visiteurs hors saison. Il y a aussi un bon supermarché à Badesi sur la route principale en direction d'Alghero (environ 20 minutes en voiture). Il y a aussi des marchés de produits frais dans les régions environnantes suivantes toute l'année, ceux-ci valent certainement la peine d'être visités; Santa Teresa - mercredi (20 minutes en voiture), Trinita - vendredi (10 minutes en voiture) et Valledoria - samedi (20 minutes en voiture).

Really nice villla and excellent customer service from Key To Villas!

The villa is really nice with a great view over the ocean. The villa and swimming pool were clean. The surroundings are beautiful. The roads are steep, having a car is to prefer. The restaurants and supermarkets are 2,5 km from the villa, a bit far to carry shopping bags. Costa Paradiso is a quiet and nice place.

Nice stay

The location of the house is amazing, nice view with beautiful sunsets, the pool area is great. The size of the house is suitable for 6 to 8 people. The living room and the rooms are cozy. The house could be cleaner in some parts, the house is quit old and needs some modernisation especially the bathrooms and kitchen. It would be nice to have pillows for the sun lounger and chairs outside.

Amazing location!

We had a lovely 10 days at the Villa sharing with another family, so 4 adults and 4 children in total. The Villa is in a stunning location, with fantastic sea views for incredible sundowners and beautiful mornings overlooking the ocean. The Villa is very charming and fairly rustic, with no air-con (fans are provided) or wifi. The outdoor eating areas are perfect - at the front for breakfast/lunch and in the delightfully lit courtyard area with bbq at the back for night time (remember mosquito spray as there were lots around!) The Villa has lots of storage in the 2 main bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and lots of equipment in the kitchen, plus dishwasher and washing machine. There is a supermarket and some small shops a 5 min drive away. The surrounding area is stunning - Li Cossi beach is fabulous. We also loved the neighbouring beach, Cala Sarraina, with a great beach bar and the gorgeous La Cala restaurant. We visited Isola Rossa, which is a lovely harbour town with several beachside restaurants. There is also a very nice beach restaurant called 'Calypso' further South along the beach at Badesi. Our kids obviously really loved the water park near Isola Rossa too! Within Costa Paradiso, we had some good food at the Hotel Costa Paradiso overlooking the water. We also had a lovely evening in Maya, a really great restaurant overlooking the sea, with a very nice bar, Baronda directly below - great for sundowners after the beach and fabulous ice creams day and night. We would very much recommend the villa and the area. Val was very good to communicate with and we had a great time.

Une vue incroyable sur la mer et le couché du soleil. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Quelques efforts à faire sur le confort : pas de matelas pour les bains de soleil autour de la piscine, pas d’éclairage automatique sur l’accès à la maison de nuit alors qu’il y a de nombreuses marches et la vaisselle en quantité limitée surtout concernant les verres.Quelques efforts à faire également sur la logistique : le wifi, indispensable dans une zone avec un réseau téléphonique très limité. Indiquer l’emplacement des poubelles dans le guide d’accueil…Attention aussi à la quatrième chambre qui est séparée de la maison sans douche intérieure ni volets pour la nuit.Costa paradiso est un havre de paix et l’endroit reste idéal pour profiter des environs.

Très bel emplacement pour un sèjour agréable en famille

La situation de la maison est exceptionnelle. Elle est très confortable pour une famille avec ces 4 espaces de nuit bien séparés. Par contre l'entretien a été négligé et l'état général de la maison n'est pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on serait en droit d'attendre . De nombreuse choses ne fonctionnent pas ou pas bien ou sont dans un état pas acceptable (la belle voile blanche figurant sur la photo n'existe pas ...).

Beautiful town to visit

We enjoyed being in Costa Paradiso. The website description is accurate. During July, it was very hot and we had to sleep with windows and doors closed because of mosquitoes. Which we had selected a house with A/C (our fault). There is also a sewer smell that comes from the drains each afternoon. It was bad. Be sure to put drain plugs in each morning. Hosts offered to move us but we had already booked something else.

Costa Paradiso home

The seven days we spent living in this property were wonderful. This part of Sardinia is gorgeous. The house was comfortable and the pool was great. Our biggest problem was that we did not have Wi-Fi, and we did not know that in advance. It made it difficult for us to be in touch with the owner, and many things were missing when we arrived. When we were able to contact the owner, after having done a very large shop, she was very accommodating and brought us some of the missing items, like beach towels , laundry detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. I would say that renting through Vrbo this time was disappointing only because so little was provided in the house for us… That was part of the contract, but not my usual experience with Vrbo, and not indicated when the booking was made . Other than that, the house is lovely, it housed seven of us. One of the bedrooms is really hard to find as it is located outside of the house off of the patio. It took us a while to find it. But then there were enough beds for all of us. The hostess, Valentina, was very easy to work with and accommodating once we were able to reach her. Overall experience very enjoyable.

Geniale Location / Preis zu hoch

Wir (7 Personen) hatten 8 wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus mit seinem phantastischem Blick auf das Meer und seiner tollen Lage. Die Besiedelung an dem Hang ist sehr aufgelockert, daher gab es keinerlei Geräusch-Beeinträchtigungen und keinerlei Störungen durch andere. Je nach Sonnenstand kann die hintere oder vordere Terrasse genutzt werden. Die Fläche um den Pool ist ausreichend und jeder kann einen schattigen Platz finden, wenn er benötigt wird. Der Pool ist schön groß und tief (ca. 1,8m). Für 7 Personen war das Haus schon fast etwas zu klein. Optimal sind 4-6 Personen. Das ausgelagerte Schlafzimmer ist winzig, hat zwar ein Bad, aber „nur“ eine Außendusche, allerdings mit warmem Wasser. Im Dunkeln draußen duschen ist auch mal ein Erlebnis. Ansonsten muss eben eines der Bäder der anderen 3 Zimmer genutzt werden. Insgesamt befindet sich das Haus nicht im gepflegtesten Zustand (offene Fugen, klemmende alte Türen, nicht funktionierende Lichtschalter). Allerdings kann man das auch dem Charme eines mediterranen Hauses zurechnen. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte bei unserer Ankunft nicht richtig, aber die Verwalterin (Valentina) hat den Techniker einbestellt und danach war alles OK. Leider gibt es kein WLAN in dem Haus, daher mussten wir mit dem leidigen 3G-Netz bzw. manchmal auch 4G-Netz vorlieb nehmen. Der Grillrost konnte von dem angebrannten Fett nicht ohne Stahlbürste gereinigt werden und war nicht nutzbar. Leider war nur ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse vorhanden. In Anbetracht von 4 Liegestühlen etwas wenig…. Das große Grundstück ist nur teilweise nutzbar. Ein Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus ist zugewuchert und ein Weg runter zur Straße (in Richtung Meer) ist ebenfalls zugewachsen und nicht nutzbar. Aus dem Gelände könnte sicherlich mehr gemacht werden, aber wahrscheinlich steht die Ertragsoptimierung im Vordergrund. Der Preis (vor allem in der Hauptsaison) ist in Anbetracht der geschilderten Einschränkungen ganz schön happig. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch zufrieden und können das Haus all denen empfehlen, die mit den geschilderten Umständen leben können und keinen deutschen Perfekt-Standard erwarten. Und diejenigen bekommen dann die Gelegenheit tolle Erinnerungen an geniale Sonnenuntergänge, sanftes Meeresrauschen und viel Spaß im Pool mit nach Hause zu nehmen.

Costa Paradiso Villa

Good for a weeks R&R. Basic villa with some rustic charm, no air con but spacious. Selling point is the seaview terrace and private pool, perfect for the evening setting sun. Is within a large village "complex" hence good supermarket, bars etc, all a short drive away. However it is not at all overdeveloped or crowded. Beaches are rocky but good for snorkelling. Li Cossi is a sandy beach a short drive and 15 minute walk away. Good prompt and helpful communication with the owner.

Wunderschöne Lage, leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön mit einem Traumhaften Blick. Leider ist es aber doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, mit einem sehr großen Instandhaltungsrückstand. Von den 5 Sternen geben wir einen für die tolle Lage mit dem schönen Blick und dem zumindest regelmäßig gereinigten Pool, einen weiteren für die gute Kommunikation mit Valentina und der Schlüsselsafe-Lösung, die sinnvoll und praktisch ist. Einen Punkt ziehen wir ab, für das insgesamt nicht ordentlich gepflegte Haus: Alle vergangenen Schäden sind nur notdürftig repariert, der hinteren Teil des Grundstücks inkl. der zweiten Treppe lässt man verwahrlosen, obwohl das bestimmt mal traumhaft war mit dem tollen Blick. Die Außendusche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Einen weiteren Punkt Abzug, weil es insgesamt sehr dreckig war, das hat mit der ungenügende Innenreinigung angefangen inkl. Geruchsbelästigung in den Bädern, dem nicht geleerten Müll im Bad mit Damenhygieneartikeln, das fehlende Toilettenpapier. Weiterhin der Müll im Garten, der zum Teil durch den Wind hereingeweht worden ist und einfach nie beseitigt wurde oder den Hinterlassenschaften von alten Reparaturen. Dazu kommen Zigarettenfilter in nahezu jedem Blumenkasten, was wieder mit Kindern nicht nur eklig sondern auch gefährlich ist. Insgesamt einfach unverständlich wie man das alles so lassen kann. Eine weiteren Punkt geht weg, für die vorallem mit Kindern gefährliche Elektroinstallation und den fehlenden Abdeckungen. Die kurzfristige notdürftig Reparatur war zwar ok, will man im Urlaub aber nicht haben, zumal man das inkl. der Glühbirnen vorab einfach kontrollieren könnte und auch sofort sichtbar ist. Mir ist auch nicht klar, wie andere vorherige Bewohner das Haus so gut bewertet haben, zumal der Zustand ziemlich ähnlich sein dürfte. Insgesamt würden wir von diesem Haus abraten, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht stimmt.

Ferien zwischen Felsen und Sonnenuntergang

Eine sehr schön gelegene Villa mit Pool und herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer an der Westküste Sardiniens. Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang und gutem Wein aus Sardinien. Wunderschöne Felslandschaften, kleine Buchten zum Tauchen und Rückzug. Unsere ganze Familie fühlte sich eine Woche sehr wohl in dem liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

Very nice villa with an astonishing view

The villa was really nice and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! The view from the terracce ist astonishing and the sunset is just amazing. The area is nice, with some nice beaches in app. 20 min distance, a good place for relaxing and quiet vacation. Jackson was very helpful when we contacted him.

Beautiful, comfortable and family friendly

Villa Li Filaschi is perfect for a large family vacation, with several bedrooms and seperate bathrooms, comfortable kitchen, living room and barbeque area. The terrasse and pool area is beautiful, with a stunning view, well suited for relaxing days in the sun, fun swimming in the pool, and beautiful sunset dinners. Though, since the swimmingpool is deep, children can not use it by themselves. The surroundings are beutiful, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants and cafés. Though, if you don't like to walk quite a bit on very steep roads, having a car is to prefer.

We had a very nice stay at Li Filachi. Costa Paradiso is a beautiful and well organised "community" with all the services required in place (such as supermarkets, butcher, fish dealer, bakery, restaurants). The house was very well planned and equipped, the view from the terrace was stunning and relaxing. Jackson and his local partner were both professional and helpful. To summarize - a good place to spend a nice holiday.

Amazing sea view

We had a lovely holiday. The sea view is amazing and the house is nice and well-maintained. There are supermarkets, including a fresh fish shop, and a few restaurants in the close-by area. The agent was fast to respond and provided good service. I can really recommend this house.
