SITUATION: Cette maison est idéalement située à moins de 2 pâtés de maisons de Main Street et se trouve au bord du quartier des arts du centre-ville. Sortez la porte arrière pour découvrir tout ce que le centre-ville de Breckenridge a à offrir. L'arrêt de bus Free Ride se trouve à quelques pas et la Gondola Breck Connect à quelques pâtés de maisons de la rue.

Great views of the mountains, one block to Main Street, great restaurants nearby, home was very well appointed, home was clean and beautiful and very comfortable. We spent nine nights here and it was just like being at home.

We had a great stay over the holidays. The location was perfect. Close to Gondola and to town. The layout of the house was great for is. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook for a large family.

Perfect Ski Getaway

Stayed for a long weekend with our siblings, total of 5 couples. The house was perfect! It has ample space and seating for our group. The location was so convenient! Short 2 block walk to ski gondola and 1 block to downtown Main Street. Hope to stay there again.

Great location and house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was fabulous! Loved the heated garage and open floor plan. All of the bedrooms were very private with their own bathroom. We would rent this house again!

From the booking to checking out the process was great. Loved how quick their management team replied to any questions we had. Property was very clean and the location with views of the mountains was the best one!

Family Summer Vacation

We had a great time at the property for a summer escape from the heat. Our three year old son loved the house and its proximity to the shops and food in Main Street. The host was responsive and the house was great. We can’t wait to come back for a ski vacation.

Couples Weekend

Property was amazing -- well furnished, up to date and modern, really spacious. All guest rooms had access to their own baths and were well appointed. Multiple sitting areas throughout all 3 levels. Large kitchen and dining room, both well furnished and stocked with all you need to have mix up some great cocktails and have a cozy dinner at "home away from home". Walkable to all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer -- great location. We loved it and hope to be back.

The Bogart House is a definite "do-over". Great two weeks in Breck. Check In and Check out was super easy - the house location is incredible, you almost don't need a car. The only "recommendation" I would have, would be a few more serving pieces - bowls, platters etc. and a couple of the pillows were tough - but the beds were comfortable, and the steam shower was a nice surprise. The house really has 3 masters - 2 up and 1 down. We had a group of 9 - 4 couples and a single, and were incredibly comfortable. I would have no hesitation to rent here again. Thank you Pinnacle Management for being responsive, helpful, and making my family & friends vacation seamless.

Family vacation

The Bogart house is a beautiful home in a perfect part of Breckinridge. We were conveniently located to shopping and many restaurant choices. We walked to dinner every night. The house is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had 12 in our party, ages 8-79. We had a lot of space and never felt crowded. Any time we needed anything, they were very nquick to respond. I would recommend the Bogart house to anyone traveling to Breckinridge.

Fantastic

Fantastic house in an amazing, convenient location close to Main. Well equipped. Wouldn’t change a thing except that with no AC screens on the windows would be nice for summer months. House cooled down decently well after sundown, but would have felt more consistently comfortable had there been more screened windows to open. Already recommended to friends; when we’re back in Breck, we’ll be back here👍

This surprisingly spacious home is wonderfully designed and finished out with everything you could ever need. Enjoy coffee on the patio with an unobstructed view of the slopes of Breck, or lounge in the great room with friends playing games or watching TV. I know it sounds like I am writing an ad, but it was an absolutely fantastic stay for two families and a bunch of kiddos. Highly, highly recommend.

Best Rental in Years!

We stayed at the Bogart House for several nights in February 2018 and absolutely loved it! The location, layout, finish, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations! We had 3 adult couples and 4 kids with us (10 people total) and there was room to spare. The 3 king suite style rooms were perfect for the adults. My only recommendation is to make the arcade game free for guests to use. We were excited to have that as an amenity to the home only to get there and find out it takes quarters...needless to say our kids were disappointed. We have rented homes in Breckenridge every year for several years now and the arcade games have alway been free. We will certainly look to stay here again in the future!

As a note about the arcade game, there is a labeled switch on the machine so you do not have to use quarters. We are glad that didn't detract from your time here and we hope to see you again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With two families and 7 children between us, the house was spacious, we never felt on top of one another. It's a shame the bunk room is a double over a double - for families there are more options if bunks are singles. The house is close to the gondola, but a little too far for kids to walk in boots and with skis. Unfortunately by the start of April the free bus is just once every 40 minutes, which isn't really ideal, so we did need to drive to the gondola. Perfect for walking to shops and restaurants though.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is in the absolutely perfect location for skiing. Even the 5 year old was easily able to gear up and walk to the gondola! The house is very well thought out from the heated garage to keep the gear and the back entry off the garage for coats boots etc. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were very comfortable. The in floor heat on the first floor & master bath was so nice after a long day skiing. We will rent it again and will recommend it to others. I will say if you’re not accustomed to the altitude, Pinnacle recommended to have an oxygen concentrator at the house, which we did and it was worth every penny. Sarah at Pinnacle was quick to reply with any questions. It was a great holiday!
