With multiple living spaces, an oversized hot tub, gas fireplaces, a chef's kitchen, and enough room to comfortably sleep 10, this home is designed for families, friends, and groups seeking both excitement and relaxation.
Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach.
Living Room (Second Floor): The main-level great room boasts 180° views of Peaks 8–10 through expansive windows, a majestic stone fireplace, plush seating, and a massive flatscreen TV. Electric blinds let you control the natural light, while the warm ambiance creates the perfect gathering space after a day outdoors.
Kitchen (Second Floor): A chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, dual gas ranges with 8 burners, multiple sinks, drink coolers, and a massive island with seating for 2, plus a breakfast bar for 4. A wraparound deck with a natural gas grill offers east-facing views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain. • A traditional drip coffee maker is provided.
Dining Room (Second Floor): The dining area seats 10 comfortably beneath two striking antler chandeliers and includes a wet bar with drinkware, making it perfect for entertaining.
Sleeping Arrangements: 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Bath - • Primary Bedroom (Second Floor): King bed, fireplace, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet with laundry, private deck, and ensuite bath with tub, walk-in shower, and his and her sinks. • Second Bedroom (First Floor): Queen bed, reading nook, flatscreen TV, full closet, and ensuite bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity. • Third Bedroom (First Floor): King bed, flatscreen TV, full closet, dresser, and ensuite bath with step-in shower and single vanity. • Fourth Bedroom (First Floor): King bed, flatscreen TV, full closet, and ensuite bath with step-in shower and single vanity. • Fifth Bedroom (Third Floor): Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, flatscreen TV, full closet, dresser/cubby storage, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and single vanity.
Family Room (First Floor): A cozy secondary living space with flatscreen TV (Roku), stone gas fireplace, mini-fridge, and direct access to the patio. Perfect for games, movies, or quiet reading.
Patio: The garden-level patio features a 6-person private hot tub and a built-in stone fire pit lounge. Comfortable seating makes it the perfect spot for soaking or stargazing after a day of mountain adventure.
Deck: The main-level wraparound deck features comfortable outdoor seating and a propane grill, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal with mountain views.
Office Workspace (SecondFloor): A quiet and functional space for remote work, featuring a desk, daybed, and lounge chair, ideal for catching up on emails or getting tasks done while on the go.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out — with gondola access, too! Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Summer Getaway to Breck
We had a large group of 9 people, and this house was great for that. There was plenty of common spaces for people to hang out whether that was the kitchen, living room, around the fire pit, etc. Close to the gondola for easy access up to Peaks 7 & 8 as well as riding it down into town. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Great stay!

Beautiful home. Very clean and plenty of room for our party. We enjoyed the proximity to the gondola and quiet neighborhood. The home had a lot of luxury amenities. There were some minor issues, for instance a few of the window shades were not working and they were automated so we could not open them. The fire pit starter button was also missing but we were able to light it with a lighter. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Fantastic Location and Floorpan
We've been going to Breckenridge for 25 years and this was the absolute best location for our large family. The floorpan easily fit 8 of us and the teens were able to come and go form the sloped as needed. The furnishings were comfortable and the driveway easily fit two suburbans. We would definitely recommend this to other families!

Home was as advertised...location 150 yards from Gondola...could not have been easier. Property clean, well stocked and maintained well. We had an issue with fireplace..mgmt company came out the same day although we could not get it fixed spring our stay it had minimal impact on our trip. Would highly recommend this home for a large family...was great...

Very nice and luxurious. Great location could take gondola to ski slopes or to town. Fireplace in living room did not work and could not be fixed for our stay. Very high tech but no instructions. also would have been to have a garage door opener or key to front door only way in or out was to use garage door keypad.

Family get a way
The home was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location to catch the gondola to town or peak 6,7,8.
We had an issue with the hot water heater and after a long travel day the last thing you want is to check into a beautiful home with no hot water. Contacted the rental company immediately but the said they couldn’t come until the next day. Same problem happened 2 more times during stay. They didn’t seem too urgent to correct the problem which in my opinion is a big problem when it’s 0 degrees outside . Other than this I gave the property 5 stars. It is a beautiful home
