The property is a great location for the local beach and a small supermarket. A hire car is needed to take full advantage of additional restaurants and supermarkets. Unfortunately there is building work being completed around the property which rather spoils the current view, this was not mentioned or advised when booking. The villa suited our needs in terms of our stay and we took full advantage of the outdoor area and bbq. It would be really useful if 6 x sunbeds were provided as the accommodation hosts 6 people, that was a little frustrating. Also, the outdoor shower and bbq sink area were turned off during our stay. During our stay we did have some rain and the roof leaked over the lounge area. We advised the maintenance guys about the outdoor shower and leaky roof. They were aware of the leaky roof and advised the water to the outdoor shower and kitchen area was turned off to prevent flooding of the pool area.Overall we really enjoyed our stay but some relatively minor improvements would have helped….

The location itself was ideal - a short distance from the beach and conveniently situated to explore the attractions in the area. We found ourselves captivated by the beauty of Rhodes. We had endless hours of enjoyment and relaxation by the pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and truth be told, so did the adults!
