Charming property and spotlessly clean. The location is fabulous for accessing all that Belfast has to offer. Neil was very responsive and even checked in to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was comfortable for four occupants with decent accommodations and very comfortable beds. Our wives have two points for improvement.1. Having paper towels would help with cleaning up.2. The hair dryer was not in a location with a mirror.We were at your house for one night and we ate out for dinner and breakfast, so we didn’t do any cooking in the kitchen.Thank you Neil, we enjoyed our time at your house.

We really enjoyed our time in Belfast. This home is right on a bus line and was very easy to access. The host quickly replied to inquiries and had everything set up for our enjoyment.

Great location

The location of this property is great for walking to coffee shop and restaurants. After a day of sightseeing, you want to just park the car and set out on foot to enjoy the night. The on street parking does thin out after 5. We were a little nervous but it is true.

Excellent and tastefully decorated

Staying at Neil’s place was just what my sister and I needed during our holiday. There are so many thoughtful touches and the house is decorated with a lovely sense of style. Location was close to 2 separate grocery store and within a short drive to many tourist sights. There are also lots of nice restaurants nearby, but my sister and I took advantage of the beautiful kitchen and cooked most of the time.

Home away from home.

Charming, lovely home in a very walkable neighborhood. Loaded with creature comforts. Immediately felt like a home away from home. Our host Neil went above and beyond. He checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. He even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations.

Terrific Place to Stay in Belfast!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Neil’s house in Belfast. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The space itself was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Neil was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had. Honestly, there’s nothing I would change about the experience. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Belfast!

Very clean. Lovely quiet road but just a minute from a vibrant high street with lots of cafes and restaurants. 2 minutes walk from the train. 3 supermarkets within easy walking distance. No need for a car as the public transport is excellent. Train or bus into the city centre. Highly recommend the Titanic experience. Expensive but fabulous. Excellent communication from the owner. Recommend.
