Country Club Villas 120 a été récemment rénové et situé sur le parcours de golf Kona Country Club. Cette unité spacieuse comprend 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, une cuisine entièrement équipée et des ventilateurs de plafond sont situés partout.

Le condo est bien approvisionné pour des vacances parfaites à Kona et offre une vue imprenable sur le golf et la baie de Keauhou. Faites un barbecue sur votre véranda et profitez de dîners sur la véranda spacieuse tout en admirant les célèbres couchers de soleil Kona! Le condo est situé au rez-de-chaussée mais pas au niveau d'entrée.

Country Club Villas est dans le quartier très recherché de Keauhou. Vous êtes à une très courte distance en voiture du centre-ville de Kailua-Kona, ou à pied jusqu'à l'un des pick-ups de navette qui vous emmèneront au centre-ville et au-delà. Marchez jusqu'à la célèbre baie de Keauhou où vous pourrez pagayer et faire du kayak de mer. De superbes excursions de plongée avec tuba, y compris la plongée de nuit avec des raies manta, le lancement depuis la baie ou vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au parc de la plage de Kahalu'u - l'un des meilleurs spots de plongée avec tuba de la grande île. Marchez pour faire du shopping et de bons restaurants au centre commercial de Keauhou ou au Sheraton Keauhou pour plus de repas, l'observation des raies manta ou un luxueux spa de jour.
Country Club Villas est une propriété très bien entretenue avec de beaux jardins et des fleurs tropicales. Le complexe propose également 3 piscines, 2 spas et des courts de tennis.

Fantastic location and amenities

Lovely, clean, peaceful condo. Great views, well stocked for beach adventures! Close to a great snorkeling beach and town. Also several nice pools on the property We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice condo. Convenient location to snorkeling, manta rays, atv tours, farmers market and Kona coffee. No A/C but a lot of fans and looks out over golf course and ocean. Lanai and BBQ are great!! Enjoyed our stay

Nice clean place to stay!

Everything was nice and clean. No issues at all. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was it was about 5 miles from town, which wasn't bad except when traffic was heavy. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Country Villas

The property was beautiful, wish there was air conditioning in the small room but we made it with fans. Property had lots of amenities chairs extra coolers Etc which was very helpful as well as lots of fans to help stay cool. Overall a great week and will definitely stay again.

Perfect condo at a great location

This is my 2nd time on the big island. My brother lives in Kona. We vacationed here to celebrate my daughter graduating college. The condo really served us a place to lay our heads. We were on the go a lot. We enjoyed the pool one day tgat overlooked the ocean. The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest a few more beach towels that are bigger and maybe 2 more stand ups rotating fans. Other then that, it was perfect. Will be back!

Great condo but it was Hot!

This condo is spacious and clean! We knew there was no A/C when we rented it. However, it was very hot in Keauhou during our stay(Oct.) and since this condo is below ground lever meaning it is at ground level out the back but the front has a stone wall in front of it which doesn't allow the winds to blow through the condo very well. But they complex has 3 beautiful pools and we either went to the ocean or the pool to cool off. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards that are provided. So we enjoyed it all but being rather warm.

Super location, friendly community

This condo was very nice. We would probably have chosen to stay elsewhere if we had known there was no door between the master bedroom and bath (we're older and we get up several times during the night, so we woke each other here). The management company was wonderful to work with, and the neighbors were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and walks to different things in the area.

Amazing Condo. Everything we needed.

We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We grilled a lot. The fridge is awesome with ice and water, lots of space. The shower is huge and wonderful I. The master suite. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Not too hard. Lots of fans which helped as there’s no AC. We spent tons of time on the lanai watching the golfers. The pool was beautiful and we even used the hot tubs. There are some movies in the condo and the TV has Netflix and other apps. The washer dryer was a big help. We brought our own tide pods, but the store is a few minutes drive away. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

The perfect family condo

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It’s was stocked with everything our family might need on a vacation in Kona. From the beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, coolers, to the fully stocked kitchen and BBQ out back on the lanai to enjoy family dinners after a long day at the beach. This place had us covered. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we get a chance.

Great Vacation Spot!

The condo was well stocked and clean. Location was great. Views of the 18th hole and ocean. We appreciated having food storage items (foil, plastic wrap, etc.) and dishwasher and laundry soap provided. Common area has lots of puzzles and books to borrow.

Great location for our vacation

We enjoyed or stay very much. Everthing was just as described. It was clean and well maintained with a nice view to the ocean. We went to the various beaches at Kona Coast and to Hapuna Beach several times and were glad about the body boards, camp-chairs, the snorkel equipment and the parasols. It was also lovely sitting outside for breakfast and watching the golfers. There was a nice shopping mall just around the corner, where you can get everything you need. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. What we enjoyed mostly were the trips to Mauna Kea and to the Volcano Park, which fortunetaly had just reopened.

Wonderful vacation home

The condo was impeccable, exactly as depicted in the photos on the website, and outfitted perfectly for our family's needs. We found even more equipment than the amenities listed and enjoyed every day of our vacation in this lovely unit. Nicely decorated and appointed two bedroom condo

We've stayed in Kona / Keauhou many times and really enjoy this location near the beaches, harbour and shopping center. The condo itself is wonderfully appointed with everything you could ever need (boogey boards / flashlights / tape etc). We really liked the ground level lanai and BBQ with spare propane. Chapeau to those managing this unit!
