Promenez-vous dans notre belle copropriété, sortez sur la grande véranda, profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'océan, et vous savez que vous avez atteint votre destination de vacances ultime. Il n'y a vraiment aucune raison de quitter que vous êtes assis sur la véranda, en sirotant votre café ou des boissons et de voir les surfeurs à l'avant, les tortues dessous et les baleines et les dauphins au-delà.

Avec une cuisine récemment rénovée, vous pouvez profiter du luxe de nouvelles armoires de cerisier, comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils tout en profitant de la vue à couper le souffle à l'extérieur.

En dépit de la détente et de la solitude, si vous voulez visiter, le shopping ou d'aventure, vous avez toujours accès à tout ce que Big Island offre. Visitez le volcan, flâner vieille ville de Kailua-Kona, faire un tour de parachute ascensionnel, faire de la randonnée ou le vélo de montagne, la plongée en apnée et / ou la plongée, les possibilités sont infinies. Nous sommes situés au centre et à proximité de belles plages et des zones de plongée en apnée.

Notre copropriété en bord de mer a tout ce que vous cherchez! Offrez-vous une suite chambre des maîtres en bord de mer et véranda. Notre maison est décorée avec des planchers en bois stratifié confortables et une entrée de carrelage et cuisine.

Il ya une chambre de maître avec un lit king-size, de deux lits jumeaux dans la 2ème chambre, et un canapé convertible qui peut accueillir confortablement deux. La climatisation, des ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres et un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sont également inclus.

Il est Wi-Fi gratuite dans l'unité pour votre ordinateur portable / tablette / téléphone. TV LED avec plus de 70 chaînes du câble et accès internet pour Pandora / Netflix / etc.

La grande véranda offre une intimité avec un espace d'avoir de merveilleux repas, couché sur une chaise longue et de soleil ou tout simplement profiter de la vue magnifique.

The view from the large lanai is spectacular!! You are right on the ocean. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a fun vacation. Bob was very accommodating and responded immediately to any inquiries. Aloha!

It was great to have all the necessities at the VRBO. Nice to have a coffee pot and a washer and dryer. Really loved watching the surfers every day sitting on the lanai!

Great view! Access to breach items to enjoy your stay. Because of the time of year saw Humpback whales from the lanai. Sea turtles and tropical fish also spotted in the waters below. Bob not only told us how we could save money prior to our arrival but immediately responded to my message sent through Vrbo. Would definitely try to stay at this place the next time we are visiting Kona.

This view is everything!! Every review I read talked about the view and for good reason. The condo is great. Plenty of towels and anything else you could possibly need. The location is great, Its close to so many things (food, beaches) but far enough away from crowds to be peaceful. Having a washer/ dryer in the unit was a game changer. Bob left a notebook in the condo filled with a ton of helpful information about fun stuff to do and good food and happy hour deals. We ate out a lot (try Huggos!!) but also cooked on the grills downstairs. It was the cleanest grill I have ever cooked on! The maintenance crew cleans them every single day. The complex is really nice. We didnt use the pool, but it was pretty and well maintained. The lobby area is really pretty too. Every person we encountered there was pleasant. Its walking distance to the Marketplace which was fun to visit. We were there 7 day and they flew by. Even my daughter (who doesn't sleep well in unfamiliar places, slept like an angel. There is plenty fo space for a family of 4 in the condo and on the lanai. Overall, We loved everything about our stay. We would LOVE to stay again if we ever come back to beautiful Kona.

Absolutely amazing views!! This location is ideal as it’s close to the major restaurants and shops, but far enough away that you can enjoy the amazing ocean sounds. Bob was very responsive and provided everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay in December 2025. The condo was well-maintained, well-equipped and very comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 4. With the top-floor location right on the water the view from the Lanai really is stunning: the sunset was beautiful every single day, and in the mornings we enjoyed looking out for whales and leaping spinner dolphins - and were lucky enough to spot some. We also loved being able to leave the lanai doors ajar to keep the unit cool - we found we never needed the A/C! - and to hear the impressive sound of the ocean. The location is car-dependent but there are plenty of options for groceries and dining within a short driving distance and parking is plentiful, spacious and covered. Bob was an excellent host, providing clear and timely communication and making our stay 100% issue free. Definitely a 5 star find.

Great location and well equipped condo!

Everything about our stay went well - communication with Bob was on time and very helpful. Condo was clean and very well equipped for travelers with items like beach towels and snorkel gear. Location was perfect - a few blocks away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona but minutes from boat launches for snorkeling. We loved the quietness and the views from the lanai were great - nothing beats breakfast watching local surfers and stunning sunsets!

Great Oceanfront Stay!

Great place for a relaxing oceanfront stay. Very clean, kitchen well-appointed, bed very comfortable, internet very fast. The multiple ceiling fans were fine for all but the most hot/humid summer days and the AC, when needed, was quite welcome. Would definitely stay here again!

All four of members of our family felt this was a great place. The view is tremendous. The area is safe the tide pools are amazing. Owner has toys for beach as well as anything you would need. It was very clean and A/C works like a champ. 100% would stay again!

Room with a View

Amazing views from the Lanai in this comfortable nicely updated top floor condo. The condo is well cared for, and we had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the communal barbecues were great. A very special place! We would love to come back!

Wonderful condo with the BEST views!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would definitely stay here again if we return to the island. As others have said, the views from the large lanai are amazing. We barely left the lanai the entire 10 days we were there. The best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at a rental. I strongly recommend this property if visiting the area. Thank you, Bob, for a wonderful stay!
