Room description - Koko rooms deluxe double room is a stunning and newly renovated room with private ensuite featuring walk in power shower with the extra feature of its own beautiful private outdoor seating area with luxury garden furniture.

Comfort and luxury- Koko Rooms were designed with Modernity, luxury, and comfort. The room boasts an extremely comfy double bed with hypoallergenic and anti-bacterial bedding, soft furnishings, and ambient lighting to create a welcoming and cosy atmosphere that will make your stay a comfortable night to remember.

Entertainment Guests can stay connected and entertained with amenities such as dedicated Wi-Fi and 44inch Smart TVs. For the coffee lovers there is a Nespresso coffee machine in each room with complimentary coffee pods if you are in the mood for refreshments each room contains its own mini bar stocked with various snacks and beverages for purchase.

Lounge Area – Koko Rooms provides a common lounge area for guests complete with comfortable seating and whiskey/gin bar for guests. The honesty bar features self-serve menu and prices via its online shop and QR code payment facility.

Free parking -The convenience of free parking at the entrance of the guest rooms means that guests don’t have to worry about finding a place to park their vehicles.

Check in/Check out -The check in process is streamlined with self-check in being available after 3pm however early check ins can be arranged upon request. Each guest will be given their own electronic key code providing convenience and flexibility to each and every guest.

Welcome pack – each guest is provided with a complimentary welcome gift basket containing prosecco, Lindt chocolates and waffles along with a relaxing face mask ready for your night of luxury and comfort.

Can't emphasize enough how terrific this place is
We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, comfortable and highly creative Koko Rooms. Our room was not huge, but it had great storage and was extremely comfortable. The shower is possibly the best in the U.K. Communication with the owner was friendly, fun and timely. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in lovely Inverness. Parking on site, making it very easy and convenient. We would stay again!

Inverness is a thriving city that offers a rich variety of things to do and is also the ideal base for exploring the Highlands and all that they have to offer. The accommodation can be booked as a rate per night or on a weekly basis.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Koko Rooms have been newly renovated and forms part of a beautifully presented Victorian detached villa situated in the “Crown” residential area of Inverness. The Crown area is one of the oldest parts of Inverness city centre and has a lovely village feel with small individual shops, including bakers, deli, pharmacy, some lovely cafes and 2 great hotels (literally a 1 minute walk away).
All rooms are en-suite and 3 of them have private garden areas. The accommodation also benefits from free off-street parking.
Enjoy a gin or dram in the lounge bar area before you head into town where the thriving restaurants and bars are less than a 10 minute walk away. Bus and rail terminals are also a 10 minute walk away.
