We had a great time! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. It has a great view, and it's a very quiet place to relax. The hosts were very nice, and they answered our questions quickly. We could easily reach all the places on the island from there. Thank you for the great hospitality. We would come back anytime. Amazing view !

The view is amazing, with real tropical forest feels. Smells of flowers, very nice. Quiet excepts for nature sounds.Indoors, its functionnal. Humidity is hard to handle, but the dehumidifier helps a lot. Its a detail, but the light bulbs are very harsh "lab style" white, a warmer white would be a lot nicer. There were quite a lot of ants, but there were the adequate products to deal with it. The short walk to the propriety was nice, but its around 2 minutes of steps, so beware if you have physical limitations

Aloha GRTeam, We are very disappointed with the unit. And are very disappointed with the lack of details for unusual elements of the conditions of use. 1) that parking is far and 2) no parking area. The YouTube video was insufficient in even identifying where to put your car. 3) to not disturb the community- had to carry our suitcases ( for sure down the steps). 4) there is hair on the floor of the unit. 5) dead bugs on the floor and one big one in the coffee maker. Not even the amphipods noted on the plackard. 5a) there is an infestation of ants in the door jam of the outdoor door in the bedroom. so can’t use that door. 6) there are no amenities “for the first day”. Except for powder drink items with hot water. 7) no where to put luggage. 8) hair on the outside of the toilet and bathroom floor 9) the shower drain is broken 10) no place to put any toiletries in the shower. This is highly irregular. It feels icky/disturbing to even use the cups and plates or sleep in the sheets. We just came from a VRBO on Sao Miguel. So we know what to expect. We want to be moved to a different unit in your network.
