The bus stop is 1 minute away, you can also find in just 10-70m: bank with operating ATM, 24-hour market, shops, supermarket. The house provides a fiber 100Mbps Internet connection, brand new electrical appliances (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, 2 HD TVs (one of them is a smart TV), kettle, iron, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine etc.).
