Ground Floor The spacious living room is wonderfully furnished, providing a cosy space for the whole family after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Relax on the comfortable sofas or enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV.
From the lounge you can open up the sliding doors for an early morning coffee in the rear garden with seating.
There is a well-equipped kitchen, where you can whip up delicious meals or have coffee at the breakfast bar.
The 10 seater dining area, with its stylish decor, provides a delightful setting for enjoying your culinary creations. The dining room also includes a dedicated work area.
Completing the ground floor is the office and a shower room/WC
First Floor The four bedrooms exude warmth and comfort, with comfy (king and double) beds, fresh linen, towels and ample storage space for your belongings.
The second bathroom is modern and well-appointed, offering a refreshing shower or bath after a day out.
LOFT The newly converted loft holds a master bedroom also with comfy king bed, fresh linen, towels and ample storage space for your belongings.
The ensuite bathroom is large with separate shower room and WC
A cot for a 6 month old is provided but you must bring your own linen.
Parking information on request
We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 16:00 and check-out times before 10:00.
Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times: From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40 From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65 From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest) These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.
If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.
The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a
fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.
Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.
You are required to keep the place reasonably clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.
There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.
No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.
Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.
We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Whetstone property
Property was decent however the delay in communication and that our baby’s crib was not prepared or in the house as discussed and promised. We have a 2 yr old who needs a crib and after getting off a 10 hr flight the last thing we wanted to do is shop for a travel crib and spend more money.
The microwave was not installed correctly and gave us problems at every use.
