A rare waterfront townhouse overlooking Greenland Dock in Zone 2, offering a calm, village-like setting just minutes from Central London. Wake up to serene dock views, natural light, and a sense of space that’s hard to find this close to the city.

Arranged over four spacious floors, the home features a private courtyard, portable electric sauna (available on request), and a fully equipped loft office designed for both productivity and relaxation.

Designed for comfort and quality throughout, it includes a Tempur king bed with optional Tempur pillows, air conditioning in the bedroom and office, and beautifully finished bathrooms with jet features for a more spa-like experience.

The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully appointed with Smeg appliances, an espresso machine with fresh grounds, a Nespresso machine, and a blende, ideal for both everyday living and longer stays.

The loft space also offers room to unwind, with a sofa, TV, and space for light exercise (yoga mat provided). A projector is available on request for a more relaxed, home cinema-style experience.

The home is pet-friendly (ground floor) with dedicated feeding and water stations, and for exploring the area, two adult bicycles are available on request.

Absolutely wonderful house , everything you could possibly need was there ..The house is situated in a beautiful spot by the dock ,a relatively private back garden ,with table a chairs to sit out .. The tube station is about a 10 minute walk As is a Large Tesco store and the River Thames The green parakeets flying around at the back is wonderful to see … Our hostess was very responsive to any questions and the full description she send is really useful Would I book again ? Without a second thought Absolutely I will The accommodation made our London trip perfect. Thanks for everything Just to add our two small dogs were welcome and very happy there

From practical details like USB sockets throughout and dimmable lighting, to higher-end finishes and overall layout, the goal is to make your stay feel effortless.

I’m always happy to help if needed, but otherwise aim to give guests complete privacy to enjoy the home at their own pace.

Greenland Quay is one of London’s rare waterfront neighbourhoods, offering a calm, village-like atmosphere while still being incredibly well connected.

I chose it for the peaceful dock views, tree-lined walks, and the feeling of space, something that’s hard to find this close to Central London. Locally, I enjoy places like The Pear Tree restaurant and a fantastic nearby Italian deli, both just a short walk away.

Just moments away is Russia Dock Woodland, a beautiful green space perfect for walking, running, or simply switching off from the city, another reason this area feels so unique.

Transport is excellent: you’re around a 10-minute walk to Canada Water (Jubilee Line) or the Thames Uber Boat, making it possible to reach Canary Wharf or Central London in around 45 minutes door-to-door, often with a scenic journey along the river.

For exploring the area at a slower pace, two adult bicycles are also available on request, ideal for enjoying the riverside paths, nearby parks, and woodland.
