Cottage de plage classique et mis à jour entouré de chênes vivants. Cette maison de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain est à distance de marche des belles plages de Southern Shores sur les Outer Banks. Vous aurez une cuisine bien équipée avec une cuisinière à gaz pour cuisiner et tous les appareils modernes en acier inoxydable et un grand canapé confortable dans la grande salle avec une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, un câble et des jeux de société. Fenêtres Andersen et portes coulissantes en verre partout. Il y a 2 chambres à l'étage, chacune avec un lit queen et terrasse privée, partageant une salle de bain. L'étage principal a une chambre avec lit queen et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux. Tous les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Il y a aussi une buanderie au rez-de-chaussée avec un réfrigérateur / congélateur supplémentaire et plusieurs chaises de plage et accessoires. Rincez-vous sous la douche extérieure après une journée à la plage. La grande cour arrière clôturée est très privée et dispose d'un hamac pour se détendre. Le pont enveloppant est fermé permettant aux animaux domestiques et aux invités de se déplacer. Un endroit idéal et calme pour s'échapper avec des magasins, des restaurants et des divertissements idéalement situés à proximité. Les militaires en service actif, les anciens combattants et les premiers intervenants bénéficient d'une remise.

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the trail on clam shell for beach access. We found it was closer and less busy than the Chicahauk access. We would stay here again

This was our second time staying here. We always enjoy our time. The house is well stocked and comfortable furnishings. The dogs love the fenced yard. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Very easy to walk or drive to the beach. We appreciated the house providing beach towels and chairs.

Great little beach cottage!

We stayed here while our home was undergoing some repairs and absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our older dog, who explored the huge fenced in backyard and got to romp daily on the great beaches! We loved being able to easily walk to the beach and the walking paths and trails throughout Chickhauk were ideal! The hosts were so accommodating to our needs and super responsive. I would recommend this property to anyone who loves a cozy beach cottage experience.

We had a great time at this property. It features a very unique design with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to enjoy, along with many sleeping options.The property manager provided a detailed listed of items to bring up to ensure we could fully enjoy the many amenities including the Nespresso machine, Traeger grill, wood-burning sauna, and much more.It was the ideal location for 12 men to enjoy a golf weekend.

OBX Vacation

Great location. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to grocery stores. Very pet friendly with fenced yard connected to front door and deck. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to relax. Bedrooms were good size.

Perfect Location!

This is a lovely house located close to the beach and central to Currituck and the Outer Banks. Loved the decks and huge fenced yard especially since we were able to bring our fur-baby along. We would love to return.

My wife, son and I along with our dogs enjoyed this place for 12 days. The host was excellent with communication and was very accommodating of our time constraints for check in and check out with my 1.5 year old’s sleep schedule. The layout of the inside is awesome if you had a larger family or group staying where people could spread out to various rooms, with the central living room and kitchen that was beyond well equipped. A major determining factor for staying here was all of the beach items such as chairs, a wagon, kayaks etc which are shown in the listing. While we were too preoccupied with our little one to kayak, we very much appreciated the conveniences in this house. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the neighborhood area was lovely and worth walking through as many days as we could get to it. We look forward to staying here again!
