This property is one of the best we have stayed in as a family. Everything providedwas of top quality.Property was spacious and had every 'mod con' you could wish for, all the family enjoyed the holiday, from the 13 & 15 year olds to the two in their 70's - (me and my husband). Thank you all.All thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and being to take the dog too was a bonus!

July in Bembridge

All 4 generations of our family really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House which is in a great location just a short stroll from the beach. The space and facilities were excellent and we appreciated the environmentally friendly elements of the house - solar panels.

Brilliant place

We all loved this house (3 generations, aged from 9 to 80) - spacious, fabulously well equipped (2 ovens, 2 wine fridges, ceiling fans in the bedrooms which were a godsend in the hot August '26 weather) with loads of storage for all our stuff. It is really well located - only a few minutes walk from the beach and from the local shops and eateries, yet in a really quiet street at the end of a quiet lane. We have rented over twenty houses/cottages over the last ten years or so and this is the only one we are seriously thinking of going back to.

Lovely spacious home great locations

We had a long weekend celebrating a couple of big family birthdays - this home provided a great space for us all to stay and given it was Dec lots of space - kitchen was superb and great for entertaining, comfy sofas and lovely Garden for the dog - short walk to the beach for nice walk up to Bembridge Lifeboat - easy access to village which has fishmonger, butcher and good coffee shop - easy to book and great communication from curated spaces thank you

Wonderful Stay at The Beach House

We had the most wonderful stay at the Beach House in Bembridge. From the moment we arrived, the house had real wow factor. The hosts were incredibly generous, leaving us lovely local produce – such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is stunning and beautifully equipped. The kitchen is huge and has absolutely everything you could need, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the underfloor heating made the whole place feel cosy and luxurious. We especially loved lighting the open fire in the evenings – perfect after a day out exploring the island. The location is ideal for exploring the Isle of Wight, with great pubs nearby serving amazing food. Overall, a fantastic house, a very generous host, and a truly memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it.

Incredible property, furnished to the highest standards. Very well located within Bembridge. Rained a lot during our stay but this didn’t detract from the break as it meant we spent more time inside this wonderful holiday home.

A first class property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach House. As a three generational party we found the property to be perfect - spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped and an excellent location just a few minutes walk to the beach and local amenities. The team at Curated Spaces were very helpful, responding to a minor issue in a very timely and efficient manner. We highly recommend and hope to make a return visit.

A fantastic long weekend at The Beach House!

We stayed as a group of 6 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs and couldn’t recommend this property enough! So beautifully designed with everything you could need. The garden was secure for our dogs so we did not need to worry, particularly as one has a fondness for escaping! The location was fantastic; a short walk to the beach and local shops. I needed to make a last minute change to our ferry booking and the team at Curated Spaces were efficient and responsive. A 10/10 stay and we would highly recommend.

Fabulous House in a perfect location

An outstanding house, beautifully furnished and very comfortable with everything you could need for a great holiday. All my family loved it. It is perfectly situated with an easy 5 minute walk to both the beach and the village with a good range of shops and restaurants and easy access to public transport. Curated Spaces were very helpful, responding to queries very quickly and positively - a pleasure to deal with. Family have already asked me to book it again for next year!

Bembridge forever!

Thank you so much for a wonderful few days at The Beach House in Bembridge. Firstly, Emily and Daisy from Curated Spaces couldn’t have been more helpful, booking our ferry and recommending restaurants - they also have hands down the best online guidebook for the house and local area that we have seen. The Beach House is a very recently converted modern house in an absolutely perfect location in Bembridge, our favourite place on the Island, it really is just a few minutes to both village and shore, well away from busy roads and very quiet. The house was a joy to stay in with our 3 teenagers - lots of space, two televisions, and a little sauna in the garden, all immaculate. We fully recommend for a relaxing holiday - happy memories made.

The Beach House is a beautiful, spotlessly clean house , very conveniently located to the beach and village. On the whole we had a really lovely stay- There were however a few little things that for the price we would have expected. Although WiFi access was excellent and we absolutely loved the Fact we could log in via the QR code there wasn’t really full info on other issues such as the mysterious sound system which I did manage to work out was through the Sonos speaker and airplay but would have been good to have a QR video walk through- same for the steam oven and bbq- the you tube videos were ok but not specific to a UK bbq when you just want it to cook some sausages and burgers’ so we ended up not using it. The ‘welcome pack’ was a bit disappointing unless you like coffee and butter ( we did use the milk though) and although ‘dog friendly’ there were no extras for our doggy furry friends- no treats, bowls or towels ( although there was a note on the wall in the boot room saying that doggy towels were in a basket under the bench- sadly no basket existed! The bedrooms - the master only had one bedside lamp rather than one each side and in one of the other rooms there were no bedside lamps at all. Having usb ports with the plugs was very useful though. The cooker hob was great but not all pans worked on it. Over all though we absolutely loved this house but for the price would have expected the finer details to have been thought of. Happy memories were created though!
