If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

We offer this large semi detached 2 bedroom villa with private heated pool and WIFI. This villa is situated all on one level.

You can enter the villa from the main street via a series of steps. Enter the villa through the patio doors and into the spacious lounge which has a 3 and 2 seater sofa. The large 40 inch LCD TV with USB point and offers All UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up plus much more, there is also a DVD player. Through the lounge and into the large diner which consists of table and chairs for 5 guests, then into the Kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, mircowave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board etc plus all the crockery and cooking utensils you would expect to find in a holiday home. Off the lounge you will find Bedroom 1 that has twin beds, large wardrobes and patio doors that lead to the pool terrace. Bedroom 2 is off the Diner and has a king size bed plus large fitted wardrobes. There is also a large fully tiled shower room with huge walk in shower, basin and WC.

The unusual private heated pool was rebuilt in September 2016, it has a half moon shape and measures 9 x 3 metres and 1.2 metre at shallow end and 2.00 metre at the deep end. You enter this stylish pool by roman steps. This pool is surrounded by a terrace with 4 sunbeds, outside shower and BBQ for your enjoyment. There is also a large purpose built shaded pergola area with table and chairs. There are splendid views of mountains and the sea from the terrace.

This property manager is very hands on if any problems arise, however, the accommodation is of an average standard and is not regarded as high level or luxury, but considering its central location and holds a private heated pool, the accommodation is good value for money.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

This villa is located in the popular resort of Playa De Las Americas. Recommended for those looking for a central location with everything on your doorstep and car hire is not required. The property is 200 meters up from the Costa Adeje Hospital and meters from the Siam Park, Aqua Land and the new Siam Mall. The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip where you will find all local amenities such as many bars, restaurants, shops etc is only a short walk away from the villa approx 400 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Playa De Las Americas and Puerto Colon. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 200 meters away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
