Nestled within lush gardens featuring expansive lawns and a sizeable swimming pool, this luxurious 5-bedroom estate is situated in the prestigious Sao Lourenço region of Quinta do Lago. The villa's interior boasts a spacious, well-lit design adorned with refined decorations that embody understated elegance. Upon entering, guests are greeted by a generous hallway that leads to a stylish living area equipped with a modern laser TV and Sonos sound system. French doors reveal the vast garden and pool area outside.
Adjacent to the living room is an open-plan space complete with another laser TV and a large kitchen outfitted with Siemens appliances. The kitchen includes a central island with a breakfast nook for five, an extendable dining table for six, a large induction cooktop, twin dishwashers, ovens, and fridge/freezers. It also features a Smeg coffee machine, toaster, blender, and a compact wine cooler. The kitchen's large patio doors not only invite an abundance of natural light but also provide access to the terrace.
The main hallway houses a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower to the left, and to the right, a cloakroom followed by another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. A grand staircase from the hallway ascends to the first floor, opening onto a spacious landing that leads to an internal courtyard with a ping-pong table.
To the left of the landing is the master bedroom, furnished with a Queen-sized bed and featuring a large ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a dressing area, creating a spacious, well-lit retreat. The right side of the landing offers an additional bedroom with a TV, double bed, and an ensuite that includes a step-in shower and bathtub.
