Stayed here with family and my dog. The cottage was lovely and very comfortable. The cottage has a nice garden with a lovely view.

We just spent a very pleasant long weekend at the Zalia Wight.The property is very spacious and had everything we could need and was very clean throughout. We ate out at the local Bonchurch Inn which is very nice and is dog friendly but not very big so would be best to prebook in advance.We ate out in Ventnor on the other nights which is about a 2km walk (about 30 mins).Here there are many good restaurants to choose from, we took the number 3 bus back which has a bus stop opposite the front door.

Zarlia Wight stay

ZarliaWight is a beautiful, modern house well positioned to explore the Island. Not the easiest place to find but once located we had a super holiday.

From the moment we walked in we were inpressed by the clean, well appointed house, with views to die for, tucked away high above the coast All modern fixtures and fittings, bifold doors brought the outside in, a perfect place to spend a week away

Excellent and comfortable property.

We had a wonderful 6 days on the Isle of Wight and everything we needed was available at the property which was very comfortable. The only minor problem was that when one of the showers was being used, the cold water pipe in the kitchen area rattled quite loudly!!

An amazing stay in the winter

It was just what we needed, a perfect few days away. A lovely cosy place with everything you need. The log fire was so good keeping us warm. It was spotlessly clean, very large and comfortable bed.The hosts are very quick to reply. We walked into ventnor each day only takes about 20 minutes. We will definitely be returning.

The property is near flawless - it is equipped very well and to a high standard. My only reservation is the location as it is a mile to the sea or nearest shops

Thanks Paul for your review. Our first ever 4 stars. The shops are located in town and the home is not in the centre of a town neither is it on the beach front, so these are correct observations. However, you would not get the views, space and quietness if it was.

Wonderful rental

It was bigger than expected. So well put together. In every way. We rent a lot and so rarely do you encounter rentals which really get it. Super comfy beds. Crisp bed linen. Well equipped kitchen. And all necessary utensils incl sharp knives. We always takes knives but I don’t need to this time. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely week staying at Zalia Wight. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, crockery etc for cooking. There were nice indoor and outdoor spaces for the family to enjoy, including 2 luxurious bathrooms for the 4 of us and a superb outdoor seating area to enjoy the views when the weather permitted. There was a cafe 5 minutes walk away and we enjoyed some beautiful walks nearby down to the Wishing seat, up Nansen Hill for breathtaking views and down to Monks Bay. Thank you!

An absolutely wonderful property

It was a pleasure staying at Zalia Wight. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. We used the bus services quite a bit as the stops were just along from the property so didn't need our car. Local pub Bonchurch Inn was really nice and worth a visit. Both Ventnor and Shanklin had a good selection of bars and restaurants. Joseph has a great welcome pack which gives good recommendations. What I liked most about the property was the quality of everything from the fans / hair straightener in the bedrooms to the kitchen utensils. All good quality and reliable. We are a family of three and all agreed this was the best property we had rented and we've been staying in rented holiday accommodation for years.

Excellent layout /design/position/ brilliant showers. bed/bedding/towels etc wonderful. Very comfortable and relaxing. Lovely local walks. Great garden for dog too. ( Definitely a must do place. Naturally there are few things that it might be helpful for the owner to know ......Hot tap in ensuite knocks/ sofa not in tv watching position/ loose back leg on sofa ( perhaps because it gets moved) / cracked milk jug on arrival so used gravy boat/ gate is dropped and so difficult to secure/ kitchen scales would have been helpful. Nice and warm but I guess might get very warm in summer. Still really top notch!)

Lovely property

Zalia Wight is a beautiful property, tucked away overlooking Ventnor. Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and plenty of large towels (always a bonus). Other reviewers mentioned the parking space is tight, so we were expecting it, and parked on the road for most of the visit - which isn't a problem as there is plenty of space. The garden is lovely. Lots of steps up and down into the house and garden, but the view is glorious. There is no welcome pack provided, which would have been helpful to know in advance, so no milk or bread. I mentioned this to the owner who said they don't do it to avoid waste. I don't think £5 on milk and a loaf is waste, but that's their decision. It just would have been helpful to know before we arrived and had to go out again to find a shop. Overall, lovely place and very well equipped.

A really lovely property, spacious, clean with sea views and had everything we needed. A couple of small glitches with the bathroom (one of which we were alerted to before we arrived). The other issue we had received a good response from the host. The parking area is not so easy to get out of (requires reversing onto the A road) but there is parking on the road. Overall would definitely recommend this property and host.

Can't wait to return!

We were so impressed with the property, it's well furnished, suberb modern bathrooms and kitchen very well equipped. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and so could take full advantage of the deck area and garden with its lovely views. I know there have been a few comments on parking but if you just back in it's no problem and plenty of space for an SUV. Communication with Joseph was excellent thank -you

Excellent apartment, plenty of room, lovely bathrooms, gorgeous views towards the sea. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here again.
