Spacieuse maison de 4 chambres au charme classique de Tahoe. Chamberlands HOA w / BEACH- Grande maison dans un cadre privé sur la côte ouest .. Sentiers de randonnée à explorer dès la porte d'entrée! Cabine Tahoe classique avec arrière-cour ouverte. Emplacement idéal sur la rive ouest à distance de marche de la station de ski de Homewood, du West Shore Cafe, du marché Obexers et de la marina de Homewood.

Entrez dans le vestiaire où vous pourrez déposer vos serviettes de plage, ou bottes et gants. Suivez ensuite directement dans le salon où vous êtes accueilli avec une cheminée en pierre et de grandes baies vitrées donnant sur la grande cour arrière. La grande cour arrière n'a pas de voisins à l'arrière, vous vous sentirez donc comme si vous étiez dans un espace paisible tout en dégustant cette tasse de café du matin sur la grande terrasse.

Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a deux chambres, une salle de bain, un salon avec de nombreux sièges, une salle à manger et une cuisine avec un autre petit coin salon. La chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée a un lit King et la deuxième chambre a un lit Queen.

L'étage supérieur comprend 2 chambres supplémentaires, une autre salle de bains, un coin salon et une buanderie. La chambre à l'étage supérieur a un autre lit king-size et la quatrième chambre de la maison a un lit king-size et 2 lits doubles. Grande chambre avec beaucoup d'espace.

C'est une maison simple qui n'est pas trop décorée ou moderne, mais qui est pleine d'une vie de souvenirs. Il y a beaucoup de place pour que tout le monde continue de faire une autre vie de souvenirs de famille.

This property fit all our needs for our stay. The kitchen was fantastic, recently renovated and open plan to provide plenty of room for our group. The rest of the house was definitely more rustic which was stated in the description and added to the charm of the property as a whole.

The cabin was perfect for our stay. Very close to Homewood Ski Resort and it had a nice backyard. Check-in was easy and the host was responsive. They were very understanding when we arrived a little earlier than planned (we were anticipating worse weather, but had a very smooth drive up). The kitchen was large and the rooms were very comfortable. Perfect for iur group. We lived all the "rustic" touches to the decor. It was very nostalgic for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quick family get away

Very nice and comfy property close to the beach and hiking trails. Had a great time, home was very spacious, and even had quite an experience with a bear guest as well.

"Gumpy" the bear

We loved this house .It had everything we needed and the property management was great to work with.We had a bear hang around every night and morning and he just hung around so I named him gumpy.We would highly recommend this house.

This home needs major help! I understand the Retro means out dated but this was far worse. The beds, bedding, towels and cookware needed to be replaced ASAP. Definitely would not recommend this place!

June 2019 stay

Nice location! Good trail just down the street. The house was good. The deck was good. The backyard was good. The bears were bold but harmless. We suggest considering an upgrade to the provided towels, silverware, and some other domestic tools. Most were tolerable but not quite up to standards expected for a place at this price point. The interior design was retro for sure, which we liked.

Chamberlands Beach and Chambers Landing Bar/Restaurant did an excellent job of accomodating social distancing, much better than the scary photos we saw of other too-crowded locations.

Old Tahoe’s sweet spot

We like to experience Tahoe as if it were not a world class destination with all the trappings of luxury lifestyle but rather as the cozy local getaway it was known for years ago, and to a smaller extent, presently. The Tahoma, Homewood and West Shore areas generally maintain that old Tahoe vibe and we appreciate that this rental is right in the mix of it. Homewood ski resort (Keep it Local!) is a short 5 minute walk, as is the beautiful waterfront, piers, general store and dining options. We loved our stay, and felt the home was perfect for our group. Kitchen was spacious and communal with everything you would need. Sleeping rooms were comfortable and clean. I only wish we had more time, but maybe next time we visit.

House was ok, but for the money I would expect a few things would be different. Kitchen was nice, actually all of the downstairs was nice, but the decor and some of the furniture was very outdated and garage sale-ish. None of this is a big deal, what made me give the 3 star rating, instead of 5 is that the bathroom rug downstairs was so dirty that I didn't want to step on it barefooted! Pillows were not comfortable and bed was marginal in the downstairs bedroom. Closet was so full of quilts, etc that there was no room to hang our clothes. Also, there were only 5 people in a house that would sleep 10 and we had to go buy toilet tissue on the next to last day.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and adequately equipped kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms are poorly ventilated and miserably hot. One bed in the upstairs dormitory had a broken slat which made sleeping on it uncomfortable. The carpets were quite dirty. Nice deck recently renewed. Several of us got splinters in our hands from the poorly maintained wooden patio table. BBQ worked. A pile of automotive tires and rims was in the driveway that we had to move for access. Nice large space in the backyard however the lawn was allowed to die and it is now dusty. A minor issue was the Cable TV went bad. Most remotes had no batteries. We didn't fix it.
