Amazing location for every season! Minutes to beaches, bike trails, ski resorts, or for those off road enthusiasts the beginning of Rubicon Trail is just up the road.
This large remodeled home features four bedrooms and sits in a quiet neighborhood in Homewood. Step into a beautifully appointed living room with large, wood burning fireplace and high vaulted ceilings connected to the open loft. Adjacent is the dining room and updated kitchen with space for families to cook together, walk out to the back deck and find the hot tub below the pines. This main floor includes a queen bedroom, bathroom, and laundry/mud room leading to the garage. Please note this home is not equipped with shades or other window coverings.
The second level has a open loft family room with ample space to relax, the primary king ensuite, two queen bedrooms, and bathroom.

* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
