A great spot for exploring Dartmoor with direct access onto walking and cycling trails and a very large enclosed garden for your furry friends to enjoy in this dog friendly lodge.. 6 steps to entrance.

Excellent.

Excellent. Just what I was after. Nice quiet location, easy access to the main roads, shop nearby. Can walk out of the door onto a footpath to some lovely woods, reservoir, and even up onto the moors.Well equipped with everything I needed and warm and cozy, even during storm Burt. Good wifi. Nice tv. Off-load parking and even a paddock.

We spent 2 nights over Christmas here and had such a lovely time! The dogs had the best time exploring the big garden and we felt happy knowing it was secure and enclosed! The trail right next door that provides a beautiful walk was perfect and we loved being secluded but close enough to local amenities too!Overall, the home was clean, comfortable and homely!! Would highly recommend!

A well equipped mobile home in a great location adjacent to the Granite Way so ideal for cycling. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and, as the weather was cold, windy and wet during our stay, it was warm with good central heating. It is set in its own plot with only the owner’s house nearby (100 yards away) so very private. Would definitely recommend it for anyone wishing to cycle the Granite Way as the track runs behind the hedge 15 yards from the Villa.

We had a fabulous stay.

We had a fabulous stay. The accomodation is a well equipt static caravan in a substantial fenced off paddock. Our 3 dogs had the time of their lives. It an excellent base for exploring Dartmoor. The Granite way cycle route is literally a minute walk. On this you can walk into okehampton one way or all the way to Plymouth the other (if you fancy a 70 mile round trip). Its also just of the dual carriage way so easy access to all local towns. Bude for example was only a 40 mins drive. Anita the owner was lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommend.
