For us it was a fantastic location, quiet and peaceful and dog friendly . Andrew the host was great and nothing was too much trouble. If your looking for a rural location which is nice and quiet then you have found it here at passion flower.

Lovely cozy cottage. Enclosed garden for our dog. Perfect access to quiet walk. Excellent Farm Shop not far away. Central location to many places we wanted to visit. Will definitely go back there.

A very comfortable cottage in a great location.

A very comfortable cottage in a great location. Very dog friendly, with woodland walks accessible from the cottage grounds, and a secure garden. Dogs are allowed upstairs and a stair-gate at the bottom gives you the chance to wipe their feet before going up! The owner of the cottage is kind and helpful and the cream tea was lovely. We and our two dogs will be returning next year.

Excellent communication with readily available and very helpful and pleasant host. Good walking straight from the door. Very good value for money. It wasn't to bad we were out most of the time,it was quite,and it rained most of the time.

Thankyou manya and andrew for another lovely holiday at Passion flower,weather wasn’t great but we made the most of it and with the lovely cosy cottage what more could you ask for.our two dogs Mylo and Alfie loved the area.it was great seeing you both and Jude.while we were there we even booked for Easter next year to come back to this wonderful find in the devon countryside Thankyou Steve,jeany,Mylo,Alfie

A beautiful , well equipped cottage , with a pretty enclosed garden surrounded by beautiful countryside and lovely walks. Ideal for a romantic get away and in easy reach of both coastal and countryside destinations. The owners have thought of everything to make this an extra special holiday even providing a cream tea on your arrival.

The only comment I have to make is that the joining instructions referred to turning left at Harris

The only comment I have to make is that the joining instructions referred to turning left at Harris Arms for Dippertown but the Harris Arms has closed down and is now a private house so the instructions need to be amended. Otherwise a very nice cottage run by very nice couple in a nice quiet location.

Was a little bit cold in the evenings even with the heating on (note that the cost of heating and electricity is not included in the rental price) Easy to get to Dartmoor and other glorious places. An immaculate, beautiful cottage.

An immaculate, beautiful cottage. If you want to totally relax away from the hustle and bustle, it's the place to be. So welcoming and perfect for our dogs. Gorgeous enclosed garden with lovely walks from the gate at the end of the garden. Would highly recommend.
