This spacious home features 3 tastefully appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests comfortably. One of the highlights of this property is its delightful outdoor terrace, complete with a BBQ area & seating, perfect setting for memorable gatherings!

Bedrooms| 3 bedrooms , two of which include a double bed while the other bedroom features one single bed.

Our listings feature adjoining bedrooms, providing easy access from one room to the other. This ensures a convenient and connected space for your stay.

For over and above 5 guests, we'll prepare the sofa with linens and towels for an additional guest.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Bathrooms| 1 full bathroom including a shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet accessible from the dining and kitchen area on the ground floor.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout the townhouse, and beat the summer heat with air conditioning available in every room. These essential amenities ensure a seamless and comfortable stay for every guest.

Very important notes before booking:

1. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

2. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

3. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

4. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

5. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

1. Shower gels
2. Liquid Soap
3. Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
4. Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
5. Garbage bags
6. Linens for the bed
7. 2 Towels per person

6. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
