There were only 3 challenges: The spa heating was an issue throughout the trip. Although I am grateful that Nadia was willing to walk us through troubleshooting and remained solution focused. The heating remained a process/issue throughout the stay and was not as easy as just "pressing a button", which felt frustrating as I was paying for the spa to be heated throughout the weekend. Also, understandably the area is out of range but the wifi was very spotty making certain online activities difficult. Finally. We did find two to three live cockroaches in the primary bedroom bathroom on two of the three evenings. Otherwise the home was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable, accommodating and safe. Despite these minor hiccups we had a great time! Thank you!

Comfy in the desert

We came to watch tennis and the house was perfect ... location, furnishings, supplies and the view of the mountains is stunning. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Nadine answered any questions we had very fast. We have stayed here before this trip and we'll be back.

Lovely and clean home. Nadia provides a clean and accommodating experience. Many towels, nice cool environment. The spa and pool make the stay pure bliss. Highly recommend

Great property in quiet La Quinta

The property lives up to the favorable reviews. Spacious, very clean & well maintained. Nadia was easy to communicate with, and the instructions/directions were all very clear. In a nice location in La Quinta near the top of the cove - quiet & peaceful with easy hiking access nearby.

Lovely house

The house was well stocked from the bathrooms to the kitchen. Everything went as planned. Nadia was very quick to respond to our every need. Place was quiet and lovely.

Tennis Home Base

Lovely home for our trip to watch tennis. Easy to get to the tennis garden, close to Old Town, worked out well. Thanks to Nadia for her good communication.

2 Week vacation stay for tennis, golf and walks

Very nice home in a very quiet area of La Quinta. Spacious, with lovely new and efficient BBQ. Property owner was always quick to respond and help with questions. Pool and hot tub were a little confusing to use and we recommended an instruction manual for future guests. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing location

This house is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to muliple trails. We hiked every morning and once in the evening please make sure you do this as it is an awesome experience. The house was very clean and has all the supplies you need as well as a BBQ and outdoor eating, as we cooked each meal at the house with ease. The jacuzzi was great and heats up quickly but be warned the pool is super small, like a spool. It was great for us, as my kids are adults now and just float around, but if I had little ones I'd be disappointed. There are beautiful mountain views in the front and the back and from every window. It is truly a relaxing atmosphere and rejuvenated all of us. It is close to downtown LA Quinta where we had a great time shopping and got a wonderful massage. Here are the cons: The beds could definitely be better. The bed in the masters was on slates that groaned and loudly squeaked and the mattress was terrible. My husband and I woke up multiple times a night, whenever he moved I would be jostled awake. One of the guest rooms has a super dupper soft mattress that you just sink into. Some people like that some people would hate it so be warned. One of television's in the guest bedroom was unplugged because there is no remote and it's stuck on the golf channel...so that may be your paradise, but we were disappointed. The pool was pretty dirty due to winds and even though we cleaned it ourselves with the net several times it needs a vacuum. If we would have contacted the owner about the small issues I am sure she would have fixed it, as we had an issue with the spa and she sent someone within the hour to fix it. I definitely recommend this home.

Perfect for a golf getaway and relaxing

Very spacious, clean, and well managed property with a lovely spa / pool area and nice living room. We were in town for a golf trip with courses mostly in the La Quinta area, so the location was perfect. Much easier for a small group than trying to coordinate a hotel!

Clean Oasis

Perfect rental to bring the family for a wedding! The surrounding mountains and pool created a tranquil desert vaca for my young family. The house was perfection too- probably one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! The only thing I would have loved was a hose to clean off outdoor furniture after two days of sandstorms. But other than that-it was perfect!

The instructions for the house were very thorough. The house was very clean and was well stocked for our stay. The spa heated up fairly quickly. Pool is very small and we did not use it. Open floor plan made the house seem bigger than the listed size

Great Place to Stay in the Desert!

This home is very professionally run and managed. The check in process is easy, the house is very well laid out and equipped. We didn't find anything missing that we wanted. The home is actually much bigger than the pictures look and the living room couch is quite comfortable with plenty of room. We didn't spend a lot of time outside as we were out and about most days, but the hot tub was lovely, it takes about 40 minutes to heat up. La Quinta is a great location and this house is just down the street from several hiking trails in the canyon. The wifi is also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

House was actually bigger than we expected, large rooms, comfortable beds, couches, etc. Large kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas. We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the propane tank was nearly empty throughout our visit and not filled while we were there, so we were not able to heat the pool and spa. Other than that, better than advertised.
