Love this house

My family had an amazing time in this beautiful, spacious property. We even managed to swim one day in December. This is the best rental in apopka. Can’t recommend enough!

Family reunion

We had the opportunity to visit Laura’s home and start our weekend . It was a dream from the moment we walked in until we left . My children, nephews and nieces has the most fun . I am very happy my daughter got to use this space, everyone had their privacy. My sister in law wrote the following in the guest book We always wanted to have the opportunity to be all in the same place and this weekend came true. We thank you for the opportunity of the use of your house . Everything was amazing, every detail well taken care off. The outside transport us to a finca ranch and inside to cabin . Great Stay!

The house is nice and spacious and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The beds were comfortable, with the exception of the king bed, which was on the soft side. The pool seemed bigger in the pictures. Overall it was a nice stayed with family and friends.

Simply Beautiful

We stayed here for my sister’s wedding, everything was absolutely amazing. I honestly couldn’t find an issue at all. When you first walk through the doors, your simply blown away at how the home looks. Then the house is extremely well stocked - there are even condiments and little items that make it feel very homey. There were 8 of us in the bridal party, we were each very comfortable. Laura is also extremely responsive to anything you may ask. Thank you Laura!

Everything you need

We spent a relaxing 3 days for the weekend after Thanksgiving in this comfortable home. Everything we could ask for was easily at hand. The kitchen was the best equipped we have found so far. The space is very versatile, family friendly, and interestingly decorated. It truly looks like you are visiting with friends, not renting a bare bones box. The owner was very accessible. This was certainly one of our favorite rentals. We greatly enjoyed the rockers on the front porch!

Great Property and Great Hosts

My spouse and I came to Orlando for our son's wedding. We stayed at the "Home in the Oaks" with 10 of our family members and 2 groomsmen. The place easily and comfortably slept the 14 of us. The pool was a welcomed bonus during our 90˚ week (when we weren't enjoying the nearby Wekiwa, Rock, or Blue Springs, the Atlantic Ocean, or the Gulf of Mexico)! We are frequent users of VRBO and this property is equipped very well with kitchen basics, nice shampoo and conditioner, coffee, extra towels, dishwasher soap, washer and dryer, etc. This saved a good deal of time, space, and cost. Very thoughtful. Laura communicates extremely well. Every message from the initial inquiry to final thanks and goodbye were answered within the hour and usually within 15 minutes. We enjoyed sit down family dinners for the lot of us, both indoors and out, with the abundant extra tables and chairs. If we ever have a need for a large and beautiful space in the Orlando area again, this will be the place. Thanks Laura! -Rick and Chris M.

Everything we needed!

We had a group of 9 or 10 people and this house was the perfect fit! We spent most of our time on the porch and laying by the pool - perfect distance to the springs as well! Definitely hope we can visit again in the future

Perfect!

This place was amazing. Love the open plan, which allowed people to be in the kitchen and not miss out on the socializing in the other room. A larger dining table would have been nice (like, one with leafs) so more than five could fit comfortably, but there was so much space that it was only a minor inconvenience. The owners were very responsive beforehand and the house was accurately represented on the web site.

Very elegant and laid out well for a large group.

Pool and surrounding area well maintained. The plants helped keep bugs away at night. We also appreciated the WIFI and large cable TV. The owners are also very responsive to any questions or requests.

An amazing get away

I brought 10 college students that recently completed their student teaching experience. We were looking for a place where they could relax and enjoy each other's company before graduating and beginning teaching jobs in the fall. We also wanted a "home base" from which we could conduct professional development tours/activities. It was PERFECT. We had plenty of room and space to spread out, but it was quaint enough for them to bond as a group.

The full porch on the front of the house sets the stage for what is to come. A great treat!

The spacious living room/ dining room/kitchen was excellent for 7 adults. The third bathroom (half) accommodated needs for everyone. The spacious parking area was perfect for two vehicles with trailers, and seven motorcycles.

Not the prettiest neighborhood, but the house was everything promised.

Great place to stay. We played golf on 6 local courses and looked forward to going "home" afterward. House suited our needs to a "tee".

Stop looking - stay here!!

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a unique rustic/shabby chic/antique, yet modern design! Much prettier in person than the pictures. It was very clean, was fully stocked with everything you need (shampoo, body wash, linens, laundry detergent, cookware, spices, etc, etc..). There was even a little coffee/tea bar with everything you need. Laura was so nice and accommodating! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament, but also visited Universal & Disney (about 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic). Would highly recommend this home and will hopefully stay again!
