RĂ©novĂ© trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison dans La Quinta Cove. Salon et salle Ă  manger Ă  aire ouverte avec plafond cathĂ©drale. CanapĂ© et chaises confortables avec foyer au bois et tĂ©lĂ©viseur intelligent de 48 pouces. Nouvelle cuisine bien meublĂ©e avec des comptoirs en granit Ă©lectromĂ©nagers en acier inoxydable et vue sur la piscine et les montagnes. La table Ă  manger Craftsman est prĂ©vue pour six, mais peut ĂȘtre Ă©tendue Ă  10 pour les rĂ©unions de famille.

Grande chambre principale avec lit California King, meubles d'artisan et tĂ©lĂ©viseur intelligent de 39 pouces. Également grande salle de bain principale a une double vasque, douche Ă  l'italienne, grande baignoire et un cabinet de toilette sĂ©parĂ©.

Deux autres chambres bien aménagées avec lits queen, télévision / DVD, ventilateurs de plafond et grands placards. Bain d'invité mis à jour avec nouvelle vanité et toilettes.

La piscine et le spa de la cour avant offrent une vue sur les montagnes de Santa Rosa. Il y a quatre chaises longues relaxantes avec un grand parasol, des bancs et une table de café. Les portes françaises de la cuisine donnent un accÚs facile aux boissons et rafraßchissements. (Chauffage de piscine 100 $ / jour ou tel qu'utilisé.)

Dans l'arriÚre-cour, il y a des agrumes - des citrons Meyer tant qu'ils durent - et un grand grill à 4 brûleurs avec table et chaises pour manger à l'extérieur. Buvez votre café du matin sous la terrasse couverte ou faites une sieste dans le trÚs grand hamac.

Wifi et cĂąble fournis. Garage pour deux voitures avec stationnement dans la rue Ă©galement disponible.

Les animaux sont acceptés (avec supplément). Les chiens ont leur propre parcours clÎturé.

La maison est dans un quartier convivial à deux pùtés de maisons du sentier Bear Creek Desert Preserve pour la randonnée et le vélo. Et cinq minutes pour pittoresque La Quinta Village pour manger, faire du shopping et du café. Quinze minutes pour Polo Grounds pour Coachella et Stagecoach. Le golf est facilement accessible sur les 120 parcours situés dans la vallée.

The house was lovely and all was as described on website. Had all the amenities you could require. Enjoyed the hiking trails nearby, great for those traveling with dogs. Loved the Smart TV ,easy to use and able to use our streaming services.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Great neighborhood, the house was immaculate and really well stocked for our family group of 6 adults. Our host was so helpful and accommodating; the communication was stellar. Location is great to enjoy the activities that the area offers. Easy walk into charming village of La Quinta, and easy drives to Palm Springs, the aerial tramway, Joshua Tree, Indian Wells, etc. I highly recommend booking the cove house if you are looking for a great home base while visiting this desert paradise.

Quiet neighborhood oasis

This property was a perfect oasis for our trip to Coachella. Perfect for a mother daughter weekend. It is convenient to shops and restaurants but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is my go to house in LQ. Stay here at least once or twice a year. In early spring or early summer. It’s clean and has all the amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool and hot tub are perfect for my small family. We always leave feeling relaxed and happy.

Perfect little house

So much better than a hotel. Clean, quiet and private pool to hang out in. Master bedroom does need a darker curtain as the sun is so bright at 5:00 a.m.

Lovely La Quinta Stay

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks with our 2 dogs. The property was in a nice neighborhood just a few blocks from beautiful hiking trails which we were lucky enough to enjoy every morning. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We loved that it was fully fenced - which is good if you’re traveling with dogs. The property owner gave very clear check in/9”out instructions and was easy to communicate with. When we come back to La Quinta, we will definitely want to return to this property. Thanks so much!

Great Location for Coachella

The place was more than we expected. The photo's make the home look dated and old but in reality its quite lovely and a great place to stay. It was clean, spacious, quite and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and so is the back yard. Checking in was smooth, it was easy to find and it was a great place to stay if you are going to Coachella and have a car. It's a close drive to the festival. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Comfy and Cute for Coachella

We loved our stay here for Coachella. Check-in was very easy. We were given lots of helpful information prior to our stay. The space was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It was nice to have access to a pool and hot tub. It was conveniently located in a quiet La Quinta neighborhood, that is great for getting to the Polo Fields. Recommend this place!!

Palm Springs getaway

Property was lovely. The furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, which made fixing meals easy. I would stay here again.

Great Place for an Extended Stay

We spent about 3 weeks in this beautiful home in La Quinta and found it to be nearly perfect for us. The location, minutes from amazing hiking and walking trails, was great for getting out with our dog. Old Town La Quinta, with its many restaurants, shops and free pickle ball courts, is a 5 minute drive or 35 minute walk away. The private hot tub and pool are well maintained and the courtyard is a great spot for quiet reading or relaxing during the day. Emmy, the host, was excellent to deal with. There was a small issue with the hot water pressure and she notified us in advance of the issue and worked with us to find the resolution that was least intrusive to our stay. The home is really well equipped for guests who like to cook. After many stays in vacation homes with painfully dull knives, I was really impressed that the knives are obviously sharpened on a regular basis; this is a level of attention to small details that is reflected throughout the property. We loved picking oranges, lemons and grapefruit off the trees in the backyard. After enjoying mimosas made with fresh squeezed oranges picked that morning, I don't think I can ever go back! Check in and check out were super smooth thanks to the clear instructions from Emmy. I also appreciated that there wasn't a long list of chores to do before checking out! All in all, this is a great property that I hope to enjoy again!
