THE SPACE

There is a guest bedroom located on the first floor with queen size bed with a bathroom in hallway.

The 2nd floor has the primary suite with a Casper mattress California king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom down the hall has two twin beds and a full bathroom in the hallway.

Washer and dryer are located in hallway on first floor.

The home has central A/C and heating.

There are 6 pools and 1 hot tub with hours of 8am-midnight. Please respect neighbors and enjoy them quietly.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have full use of the property. Our property manager will meet you at the property for check in and will be your local contact should you have any issues or questions.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

This is a fantastic location. You are on the southern end so you can just as easily enjoy restaurants and shopping in downtown Palm Springs to the North 10 minutes, as you can in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert to the South 15-20 minutes. The popular Tahquitz golf course and driving range is across the street and you are less than 5 minutes to Target, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Marshalls and more convenient stores, as well as the famous vintage and thrift shopping about 10 minutes away. There is miniature golf 3 minutes away for family fun, or go enjoy cocktails and meals at the chic Parker and Ace hotels nearby, amongst many other great spots.
