Une copropriĂ©tĂ© spacieuse (1800 pieds carrĂ©s), confortable sur la plage (Beach Palms), avec une vue magnifique sur le coucher du soleil, l'ocĂ©an et la plage. Comprend trois chambres, deux salles de bains, nouvelle laveuse / sĂ©cheuse neuve, salle Ă  manger, salle familiale trĂšs spacieuse et confortable avec tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble et lecteur DVD / magnĂ©toscope, une toute nouvelle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils (y compris un nouveau lave-vaisselle, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur pour les boissons) et machine Ă  glaçons), nouvelles armoires, comptoir en granit, nouveau revĂȘtement de sol et nouveau dosseret, donnant sur la piscine chauffĂ©e et la plage, deux patios, il y a un patio trĂšs spacieux hors de la salle familiale et un autre patio privĂ© hors de la chambre principale avec lit king-size, TV / lecteur DVD et dressing.
WIFI. Nous avons WI-FI dans tout le condo. Aussi 2 places de parking réservées.

Condo a tous les matelas les plus récents. La chambre principale a un merveilleux lit king size avec une salle de bain privée et une douche spacieuse. Il y a aussi un futon en taille réelle pour les invités supplémentaires. La chambre principale dispose d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD et télévision par cùble. Chaque télévision dans le condo a le cùble. DeuxiÚme chambre d'amis avec deux lits doubles et TV avec cùble et lecteur DVD. TroisiÚme chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une télévision par cùble et un magnétoscope. Toutes les chambres ont des matelas neufs. TrÚs propre!


Superbes vues sur la plage et l'océan. De plus, donnant sur la piscine. Les familles vont adorer, venant d'une mÚre de quatre enfants, mes enfants ont entre 4 et 14 ans.

Environ une demi-heure de Busch Gardens et une heure 15 minutes de Disney World. Envolez-vous pour Tampa et Ă  32 km d'Indian Shores - Gulf Beaches !!!

Awesome Beach Vaca

We loved being right on the Gulf beach! Even while being toward the back of the complex, the view Gulf and the soothing sounds of the waves we're both wonderful and relaxing. The unit was clean, spacious, well decorated, and provided everything we needed. The rental agency staff was very courteous and friendly. Both the agency and the owner checked on us and kept us posted as Helene approached to be sure we were safe and up to date on evacuation requirements. What a great place for a girl's trip! Plenty of room. Great views and a great beach. Only downside is the key situation! It made it a bit difficult to do as you wanted because then others would be stranded!

Perfect spot

We love this place. Perfect for our family. The check-in process was very easy and simple. Amy was very attentive. The building is very secure. The condo is very spacious and accommodating. I love how it isn’t an Oceanside condo but still has a very nice ocean view from the balcony. Would definitely book this place again.

Lovely unit - comfortable furniture!

We've stayed in several of the Beach Palms units and this is one of my favorites - large unit with plenty of room. Loved the furniture and bed in the primary bedroom, so comfortable! There were plenty of beach chairs (even a couple of new ones) and beach towels. Amy was easy to contact and checking in was a breeze.

Even better than you’d expect!

This was my first stay at this unit, but have been renting each summer here for years. Wonderful place! First time there was more than enough seating, table settings, cookware for the amount of people that slept there. Great views, easy access to the beach & pool.

Perfect condo for a family!

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We had two children - 18 months and 3.5 years old - and the amenities for children were so convenient! The unit is beautiful and the listing was extremely accurate. The kitchen was very well stocked and the property itself was very nice. The location is ideal - close to the bustle of Madeira Beach but it's quiet and the beach is beautiful! We would definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful vacation!

We stay in the area every year and by far, this is one of my favorite condos. It is spacious, updated, clean, and has amazing views. We loved sitting in the kitchen for breakfast! They had 2 strollers, several beach chairs, beach balls, boogie boards, board games, books, etc. My 4 kids loved their room with the bunk bed. The owner was responsive to all my questions. The beds were super comfortable and each room had its own TV. This was a dream vacation for us!

We had a very nice week at this condo. Everything matched the pictures, everything we needed worked well, and there were nice add-on’s that were important for us (beach chairs, beach towels, pack-n-play, high chair). Family vacation March 16-23 2024

We were a family of 4 that stayed in this unit. Very spacious, great view of the ocean (and especially the sunset everyday), right in the beach! Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is that maybe the cleaning crew could deep clean the floors and feet are black due to dirt build up on laminate floors.

Annual family & Friends trip

This is our 5th year at beach palms and we were sorry to leave. Our unit was beautiful and spacious. This unit by far was the best one we’d stayed at. We like the 2 separate balconies. 1 is off the master bedroom and you can hear the waves of the ocean. Hopefully, we can stay at the unit again. We were quite pleased. FYI beds, kitchen are updated. Beds were comfy.

Fun week at a spacious place!

Our week was very comfortable at the condo. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The balcony overlooks the ocean/pool and the bay. Beautiful sunsets every night. The kitchen had lots of appliances. Keep in mind, there is nothing there such as spices, coffee filters, 1 extra trash bag, saran, foil, takeout containers, condiments, laundry detergent. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon to carry it down to the beach, this was very helpful! The pool area was nice and cleaned every day. There was plenty of seating at the condo to enjoy either dinner inside or on the balcony. Don't forget your beach towels!

Everything was very clean and the condo was spacious. The new washer and dryer were great for all the loads of towels and clothes we did! Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of unexpected items too....like a crock pot! Everything was great!

509 is AMAZING !!The owner was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Condo is spacious, comfortable, spotless and modern. Plenty of room and we all felt at home. Great views and breakfast nook was a hit with the family for morning coffee and breakfast. We will be staying in this unit again!!!

Hi, my name is Amy, a mother of 4, the ages 6 yrs to 15 yrs old. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, I flew into Tampa for 3 days and saw over 40 condos. I fell in love with this one!! The building is very well maintained and very clean. Our condo is very spacious. The pool is great for the kids, and there are always other families there also. I just love it, and hate to leave it when we had back to Chicago. I guarantee you will love it!!!!!

Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are great areas!! There are many activites: boat trips, pirate cruises, very good fishing, parks, the beaches are so clean, and your just about an hour to an hour in half to Walt Disney World. We always make a day trip and have a great time, and can't wait to get back to the beach. There are always dolphins out in the oceans!! So fun!!!
