Good location to see both the centre of Lisbon and out to Belem and Cascais with buses and trams a 4 minute walk away. Clean and tidy apartment with plenty of storage, comfortable bed, plenty of air con units and a really good waterfall shower

Very pleased with our stay overall. We did run into a issue with the keys, they only supply 1 set so if you have people coming or going at different times its a problem. Response to a locked out situation was not helpful at all and if we had waited for them to respond we would have slept on the sidewalk. Lucky for us a neighbor let us in the building and we went through their apt to get to our balcony which thankfully was unlocked.

Place with very good comfort but must improve to be much better. : The place seems to me very quiet, it is renovated, very detailed. The place is very pleasant. The place is not clearly identified, the floor that corresponded to us and the balcony door is broken. The cleanliness of the bathrooms should be improved, because when we arrived they were dirty. Not clearly indicated where to leave towels, toilet paper and other things.

No obstante, lamento los inconvenientes que experimentaste durante tu estadía. Quisiera disculparme por la puerta del balcón rota, por lo cual ya estamos trabajando para solucionarlo. También estamos revisando las indicaciones para mejorar la identificación del lugar. Además, ya he notificado a nuestro equipo de limpieza sobre los baños para asegurar que mejoren en el futuro. Nice location outside of the main hubs but walking distance from LX Factory. Perfect for 2 girls who wanted their own space and bathrooms! Apartment was nice but you could see some simple wear and tear from regular Travellers. The Balcony,which was our selling point did not have any view to speak of and the chairs where covered in what I assume were bird droppings, but we wiped them down and enjoyed wine on the balcony anyway. If you're driving, we had great luck with free street parking and were always on the same block as the unit. Maria was very responsive. Note: bring toilet paper they only provide 1 roll per bathroom. There is a little Mercado right across the street for wine and snacks. Overall it was a pleasant stay and the price was very reasonable.
