L'appartement est situé dans le centre historique de Lisbonne, dans le quartier de São Cristovão et São Lourenço. L'appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble du XVIIIe siècle qui a été construit après le tremblement de terre de Lisbonne en 1755 et a été récemment rénové (2011). Ces travaux ont été effectués dans le cadre d'une architecture.
L'appartement dispose d'une bonne lumière et le confort. Il a Internet sans fil disponible, et même la télévision par câble. Ici vous pouvez prendre un café Nespresso ou profiter d'une bonne bouteille de vin portugais.
Cette zone est très proche de la Castillo de San Jorge (10 minutes à pied) et à la même distance de la rivière et du Bairro Alto. Il est très central, car il est au cœur de la ville. Il est très près de la place Rossio et la place Figueira. Il est à 1 minute de la station de métro Rossio et un parking. Il a de nombreux moyens de transport disponibles juste à côté (métro, bus, tram et le taxi) et les différents échanges, y compris un mini-marché.
Il est un quartier très calme et le bâtiment est situé dans un escalier typique piétonne au château de San Jorge.

The apartment is centrally located with easy access to restaurants & food stores. As with most of Lisbon there are steps leading to the apartment & steps to the upper floor. The apartment is clean with a well stocked kitchen. Host has a variety of guide books and maps. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The reviews for this property are accurate— an excellent host, lovely well outfitted apartment, and close to many attractions. While the apartment building itself is quiet there can be noise outside off/on into the wee hours and cigarette smoke drifting in, plus there is a huge street light outside the bedroom. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs and enjoy or come at a less hot time of the year so you can use the very nice shutters.

Andre is a marvellous host who spends a great deal of time and energy to make sure his guests are cared for. This is so helpful, especially if it’s your first time in Lisbon. The apartment is small, but Andre has made sure that his guests have everything they need. The location is so convenient — just down the hill from the castle , 10 minutes’ walk from the riverfront, a block from a market, 2 blocks from all public transportation. It was just what we needed. But do remember to bring earplugs! Obrigada, Andre!

A Wonderful Base for Exploring LisbonAndré was a standout host — communicative, warm, and genuinely attentive from the moment we booked through the day we checked out. He answered questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived. That kind of thoughtfulness sets the tone for a whole trip, and it made a real difference.The location near Martim Moniz put us right in the heart of a real Lisbon neighborhood. Zé dos Cornos was practically on our doorstep — unpretentious, delicious, and exactly the kind of local spot that makes you feel like a resident rather than a visitor passing through. Beyond that, trams, viewpoints, bakeries, and the waterfront were all easily walkable, and we loved the energy of the area throughout the day.The apartment itself was comfortable and well thought out. André, the host, was excellent. He picked us up at the airport and waited an extra 1 1/2 hours while we stood in a very long passport line. He was full of information about Lisbon.The location of the apartment is also excellent, right near the center of the city with good access to attractions, transportation, restaurants, shops, etc. Just around a few corners from the street on a pedestrian alley in a quiet neighborhood at the base of the hill below the castle.The apartment is typically small but clean, well appointed and sufficient for a couple.Guests with mobility issues should know that you are required to climb a few short flights of stairs to access the apartment from the street, and it is on the first floor up a tight inside stair. André was there on check-in to help with luggage, however, and our 70 year old knees were up to the task.In all, a great choice for central Lisbon.

Excellent Base from which to visit Old Lisbon

Charming little apartment, centrally located, close to conveniences, restaurants, Fado bars, shopping districts and tourist points of interest. Our host was charming, very helpful and provided a great deal of information on Lisbon and Portugal. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone contemplating visiting Lisbon.

Je suis né à Lisbonne. Ceci est où je grandi, étudié, travaillé, daté et marié. Travailler en équipe, fini de quitter le centre de Lisbonne, situé dans un endroit calme pour se reposer. Je adore voyager et voir le monde autour de moi. Je aime être avec des amis, organiser des dîners avec dégustation de vins. Je aime la photographie, la musique et un bon film pour moi à éveiller des sentiments. Je suis un ami de mon ami et je l'apprécie sincérité.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

L'appartement a été acheté pour ma fille d'avoir un endroit pour rester à l'admission à l'Université. Mais elle est seulement 13 ans jusqu'à ce qu'il soit disponible, il doit être utilisé, car un bâtiment fermé pendant plusieurs années sans utilisation, il est plus facilement dégradé.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

L'appartement dispose d'un environnement calme. Le bâtiment où il se trouve, a seulement deux locataires (une à l'étage et une en bas), ce qui aide, pas de bruit et être amical. L'emplacement est bon car il est près du centre-ville. Et pendant que vous êtes au début de la colline, où il n'y a pas de voitures échelle et donnant accès au château de San Jorge. Magnifique.
