Ideally located for an authentic stay, Pedro Alexandrino Residence is located in a quiet area of ​​Lisbon, very well served by bus lines, and near the famous 28 tram stop.
The 7 apartments are equipped with wifi, air conditioning, flat-screen hd tv with international channels, private terrace or balcony overlooking a shared garden decorated with red berries, fruit trees and aromatics plants. All apartments are fully furnished, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Renovated in 2016.

2 bedrooms apartment (55 m2) with a large terrace overlooking the garden. It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, fridge, kettle, coffee maker), a living / dining room, a double bedroom with a queen bed and a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds of 90x190 cm), a bathroom with shower and separated wc.

Air conditionning / WI-FI / Flat screen hd tv with international channels are available in the property.

The air conditioning was great. Loved the back garden.One complaint would be that there were two bathrooms but only toilet. That can be very misleading

Very nice small apartment with gorgeous garden area and private terrace. Transportation was easy with uber/bolt and Alfama is within walking distance as well. The only problem was that we could not contact the rental agency in advance since they do not get messages sent to FeWo. We figured everything out a day before but communication a few days earlier would have helped

A very clean little apartment with a lovely terrace, located in a quiet area within the historic district. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of noise from the apartments above throughout the night.

Nice apartment

My son and I enjoyed our stay in "Garden Quiet." It is just as it is described. It was very clean upon arrival, and everything worked/operated as it should have. It was nice to have a 2nd bathroom. Marta was very good to deal with. We appreciated the Graca neighborhood, and being relatively close to Lisbon's downtown.

A lovely stay!

Such a positive experience! Marta was extremely accommodating with our check in. She is very friendly with lots of tips and the cleaning team were also lovely. The apartment was perfect for a short stay. The area is a bit further out than I’d realised but it was lovely spending time in a more chilled out area. The local bakeries and restaurants are so nice. I would recommend !

Daddy/Daughter in Lisbon

My daughter and I had a great time in Lisbon, and the apartment was just what we needed. Clean, private, and well-prepared. The location is a little far from some of the things we really wanted to do, but it was still walkable for us. The only problem we had was repeated difficulty with getting the front door to unlock!

Great Place!

My girlfriend and I shared the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The backyard garden is really lovely! It's a small place but we had plenty of room and it's on a quite street so wonderful after a day of exploring Lisbon. Marta, we also great with recommendations on restaurants and attractions.

Kleine und feine Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Obwohl es so klein ist, sind Dusche und WC getrennt. Die MinikĂŒche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und hat sogar einen GeschirrspĂŒler. Das Highlight ist aber der private Außenbereich und der kleine Garten mit seinen FrĂŒchte tragenden BĂ€umen. Schade, das die Mandarinen noch nicht reif waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was cozy with many of the needed amenities. Loved the private patio. The location was not as convenient as I’d hoped but we managed. No parking.

Oase mit Garten

Das Apartment ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Garten. Oase in der Altstadt von Lissabon. Die ApartmentĂŒbergabe hat wudnderbar geklappt, obwohl wir gegen 24:00 angekommen sind. Wir haben auch sehr gute Tipps zum Orientieren im Viertel bekommen. Danke!

TrĂšs pratique

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour Ă  Lisbonne. Cet appartement est trĂšs bien pour deux adultes peut ĂȘtre un peu juste avec deux enfants. Appartement propre et bien agencĂ© il manque peut ĂȘtre un peu de verre pour quatre 😜. Nous avons adorĂ© la situation au calme mais trĂšs accessible et le petit jardin est agrĂ©able. Climatisation dans toutes les piĂšces efficaces et connexion internet haut dĂ©bit.
