Beach edge, 4-Bed House in Muo Kotor

Enjoy everything Kotor has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby but its still not over crowded with Tourists and still has the rustic feel all along the sea line. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to house 8 people and to allow you to live as a local.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax away from wifi, however if you want it, you may purchase a local card at any shop for 10 euros for a weeks use with lots of data too and use it everywhere not just in the house. Then keep in touch with loved ones when they are not with you. They may wish to hik up the mountain behind my house and see mountain turtles or just dive in the sea from my mooring/punta or simply sunbath on it. Great walk if you turn left out of the door, with lots of cafes on the water to sip a cocktail or a coffee. It's magical indeed.


This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8 people.
In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a queen bed.
The third bedroom contains a king bed and an unsuited bathroom.
The fourth bedroom contains two single beds for the kids.


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath and hand held shower which is quite powerful.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free first come first served parking at front of premises however; its not guarantee that the neighbours will not park there too, so if parked stay parked for the full stay if poss. The bus stops outside the doo or you van just put your hand out to stop it. It's 1 euro into kotor old town and also goes al the way to Tivat. Its all possible here.
- Pets are not allowed at the property or children under 6 yrs old.
