VOUS LA DISERVEZ: La paix et la tranquillité de la côte naturelle rurale de la «vieille Floride».



Profitez de votre café du matin dans le confort détendu d'un grand porche à écran, même s'il est midi. Il n'y a pas de hâte à sortir de votre lit queen car il y a beaucoup à faire localement

     Faites du vélo ou de la randonnée à proximité des rails jusqu'aux sentiers, faites du golf sur l'un des parcours à proximité, passez une journée avec les sirènes à Weki Wachie Springs ou découvrez les lamantins à Homosassa Springs. Peut-être que vous préférez explorer le paysage avec un court trajet en voiture sur de belles routes de campagne bordées d'arbres et déjeuner dans l'un de nos restaurants pittoresques .. Peut-être vous aventurer à la bibliothèque ou simplement pêcher depuis le quai des propriétaires. Les loutres, les oiseaux et le gater occasionnel peuvent être vus si vous vous asseyez tranquillement et regardez les événements.

Vous avez un bateau? Apportez-le. Nous avons notre propre rampe. Une moto ou un trike? Super conduite ici et nous avons un garage pour le garder en sécurité et au sec.

Si vous décidez de vous lever à 8 h 00 pour visiter Orlando, Daytona ou Hollywood Beach, faites peut-être tremper vos orteils dans l'océan Atlantique ou les eaux calmes de la plage Clearwater du golfe. Vous pouvez ET toujours prendre le petit déjeuner avant 10h00. Vous êtes déjà en avance sur l'horaire d'hier, alors sur le chemin du retour, arrêtez-vous aux Villages. Profitez des animations sur l'une des places du village.

Snowbirding

We stayed here for 9 weeks, and it met our needs. Host Dave was accessible and helpful, yet not intrusive. The large screened-in porch was our favorite part for reading, doing puzzles, etc. Note: This is not waterfront property: the water and dock pictures belong to the host and are just across the street, and renters are allowed to use.

Best Host you could ever have

Dave went the extra mile many times during my mom's stay ( 2 months). He assisted in getting her to the hospital two different times. He did so many other things for her it was unbelievably. Great communication and a caring guy.

A Very Relaxing and Enjoyable Vacation!

Dave and Susie were wonderful hosts. Our home was fully equipped with all the necessities that we needed. A ceiling fan that broke during our stay was immediately replaced with a new ceiling fan. Our home was very clean when we arrived. Our three cats were welcomed and really enjoyed the warm sunshine on the screened-in porch. We will definitely stay with Dave and Susie again when we plan our next vacation to central Florida.

Nature Coast Gem

First of all, Dave and Susie are exceptional hosts! They were attentive to our every need! Dave greeted us on arrival and gave a a tour of the house, highlights in town and introduced us to some great neighbors. Their home has everything you could possibly need from comfy beds to a giant screened in porch for you to enjoy. If you have any concerns they are right across the street to help you out. We loved exploring the Nature Coast, there is so much natural beauty close by. There is a 47 mile paved bike path, grocery shopping and restaurants 10 minutes away. Come prepared to see alligators, turtles, sand cranes and more. They are pet friendly so you don’t have to leave your fur kids back home. So glad we chose this rental. We now consider Dave and Susie friends and will be back to visit when we are in town again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time at Dave and Susie's home. We relocated from Minnesota to Florida and stayed here temporarily for two months until we closed on our new home. Dave was super accommodating and friendly. He even gave my husband a tour of the area and brought our 6 year old son for a ride on his John Deere. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Worked for what we wanted. Owner very accommodating and responsive. 25 minute drive to "Natures coast”. Great bike trail within 5 minutes. Kayaking access just across the street

Great place,

This is a great vacation rental. It’s a nice quiet secluded area if that’s what you’re looking for. Rental is clean, updated & has anything you may need. Kitchen is totally equipped. David and Sue are the perfect hosts & will help with anything you might need. My dogs & I loved the stay. Shamrock Inn in Floral City has good food as does the Pine Street Pub in Inverness. The Rainbow Springs State Park in Dunnellon is very scenic. The only thing that could be added is maybe a lawn chair or two. Thanks again to David & Sue.

Quaint, cozy getaway!

This house is perfectly located to so many different fun things to do. Just an hour’s drive or less in any direction will take you to fishing, kayaking, hiking, food, the beach, and so much more! Dave was a great host. He checked on us regularly to see if the house was meeting our needs and was there to offer advice or suggestions for what the area had to offer. The highlight of our stay was a day trip to Crystal River where we rented kayaks and paddled with the manatees!

The road to get here is very twisty but well worth it Every thing you could need is here and if it isn't they will get it for you. All you need is food and your clothing. I would stay here again if it's available.

The location was great and the neighbors were very friendly. Dave was an awesome host!

If you need to get away from city life and congested urban sprawl, this vacation rental is perfect! Dave, our host, was charming and accommodating. He was able to extend our stay because the closing on our house took longer than expected. The rental is charming and has all the basic essentials. It is only 4 miles from shopping and restaurants but far enough away to feel the freedom that nature has to offer. You will not be disappointed if you go to this part of Citrus County with an open mind and the intention to relax. Thank you Dave for being such a great host!!!
