 Guadalupe Riverfront 2/2 Cabin 10 personnes avec 2 kayaks, canoë et quai flottant! Entrez dans la toute nouvelle cuisine avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. Le salon dispose de 2 canapés et d'un futon, d'une télévision grand écran avec Roku, de chaînes locales et d'un lecteur DVD. Assez d'espace pour toute la famille !! Grande table à manger avec des sièges pour 10, un bar et une station de café. Coin salon et des vues spectaculaires sur la rivière. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un lit de repos et un lit double. Salle de bains privative attenante avec douche à l'italienne carrelée. Vue sur la rivière du maître !! La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et deux lits superposés et est idéalement située à côté de la deuxième salle de bain avec un combo douche / baignoire. Des draps de haute qualité sont fournis pour les lits et les salles de bain.

Le porche filtré est un endroit idéal pour siroter votre café et profiter de regarder les tubercules flotter. Beaucoup de places assises à l'extérieur avec une table de pique-nique, balançoire et beaucoup de chaises pour se détendre sous les grands arbres d'ombrage. Barbecue au charbon de bois, barbecue au propane et fumeur. Foyer à rôtir des smores! Marchez jusqu'au quai flottant avec 70 pieds d'accès au bord de la rivière pour sortir le canoë et les kayaks! Passez la journée à jouer dans les eaux cristallines de la rivière Guadalupe. La pourvoirie en tubes la plus proche est Little Ponderosa Outfitters, située à moins de 0,7 km de la cabine. L'escapade idéale pour toute la famille! Vous pouvez adapter jusqu'à 6 véhicules à cette propriété. Fantastic Place on the Guadalupe River

We loved the house. It was very roomy and comfortable. We cooked every meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent most of our time outside on the different deck levels. The floating dock and ladder made it easy to get into the river with our flats. So relaxing! Our grandkids caught a lot of fish from the dock. Our whole family had a great time and we never turned the tv on once!

Peaceful getaway

Loved it! Great outdoor area! We’re able to enjoy the views and even do a little kayaking. Place is clean and very cozy. Great place to enjoy with family and friends.

Annual Friend Float

We stayed here during our annual friends float trip. The house is in a great location, has lots of space inside and out. We had 8 adults and stayed comfortably in the space. We were able to float from little ponderosa back to the house and get it at the floating dock with was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

River holiday

Great location right on the river for your backyard. Bonus kayaks and canoe available to paddle. We enjoyed fishing, barbecuing, kayaking, and relaxing in this beautiful setting. Giggling recommend!

We visited Schlitterbahn, and went tubing on the river with a local tubing company. And we also put the kayaks at the house to work every single day. We had a cookout on the barbeque outside. Close enough to other areas. Spent a day in Gruene - fantastic! And downtown New Braunfels has the biggest antique shop I have ever been to! This place was the perfect get away. Only negatives were king bed was uncomfortable. Positives- New Braunfels Escapes was great to work with.
