Beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath in a quiet residential home on Lake Dunlap (the dam broke in May 2019 so the lake is low but good news, the dam has been repaired and the lake is expected to fill up by Summer 2023, at which point the lake will be more conducive to swimming). Photos taken March of 2020 reflect the water level at that time. The dock is also a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee. There is also a canoe for your enjoyment! This home is only 5 miles to downtown New Braunfels, Schlitterbahn and the Comal River!

Unwind in the comfortable living room with Free WIFI and Roku TV (no cable). Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table with seating for 6. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. Half bathroom conveniently located off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, double bed and Roku TV and en suite bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms and a lovely coffee nook station with a Keurig so you do not have to down stairs for that first cup! There is a balcony upstairs to have a glass or wine or your morning coffee and breathe in the fresh air while enjoying the lake views. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle bed. Both bedrooms have a Roku TV. There is a guest bathroom with walk in shower conveniently located between the 2 guests bedrooms. This house sleeps 10 but you are welcome to bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 more guests. Never to exceed 12 guests total. This property has room for 3-4 vehicles.

The back deck is the place to be with seating and a charcoal grill. The back yard leads to the dock, the back yard has a fire pit (firewood not provided) and is a great place for star gazing. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.
NO Smoking, NO parties. NO pets. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or open flames. Family friendly home with no tolerance for bad behavior. This house has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
