Quality in a great location.

Set across 3 levels with an amazing rooftop area and stunning views of Torbay. Quality kitchen and utility room with top spec appliances. Comfortable beds, quiet location only a 15 minute walk to Brixham (up hill on the way back) and a parking space. Only two niggles: the house had not been cleaned after the last departure due to a confusion with the cleaning company meaning we waited in the house for 2 hours as the cleaners then came and tidied/cleaned. Just a "sorry" and no follow up phone call after to check up. Secondly, no recycling system apparent. Other properties had a green wheelie bin. This does not. All waste is binned in one single grey bin collected by a private company. Bit odd for 2026 not to be more environmentally aware.

Great house in perfect location

A lovely newly refurbished house. Very comfortable with stylish furnishings. Bed was the best we have slept in. Fantastic views from living room, kitchen and bedroom. We loved Brixham too. We will be back!

Lovely town house, good location, amazing view

We had a lovely Stay at 4 heath rise. The property is well presented and nicely furnished and sits in a great location overlooking the breakwater. Kitchen is well equipped and it has a nice living area with comfortable sofa. The beds are nice and big and fairly comfortable although we found the mattress a little softer than we'd usually like. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 10 days in July /Aug 26 and must say the house was beautifully decorated and furnished. The views from the master bedroom and the roof terrace were fabulous and the terrace made for the ideal place to relax throughout the day and especially in the late evenings when the sun was setting. We encountered a slight issue which was raised with the management company about the lack of cleaning that had taken place underneath the armchair and side board which were immediately visible as one ascended the staircase upon entry to the home. Apart from that small issue which we resolved ourselves, the house was even better than we expected. Parking for one car made unloading and loading smooth and the bedrooms were all of a decent size and ideal for a party of six. Brixham itself was small and very charming. It was not as hectic and crowded as other places we have visited in recent years such as Bournemouth, Salcombe and Poole and made for a really relaxing stay. On the flip side for those who prefer a busier scene Paignton and Torquay were less than 20 mins drive along the coast.If eating out, we'd recommend an evening meal or two at "At Thai" as well as any of the fish & chip restaurants dotted around the town. The harbour is very picturesque and car parking was very reasonably priced in and around the town We will definitely try and return, if not next year, one day very soon. A real gem in Brixham

Our family had a really enjoyable visit staying at Heath Rise. Very well equipped house with gorgeous views over the harbour. The rooftop terrace is a great choice for chilling out. There’s off road parking in a quiet street. Ten minute walk into town, a bit longer walking back up the hill or catch no.17 bus by the statue on the harbour.

Our review

Beautiful property with fantastic views - better than the photos. Loved the decor especially the pictures. Furniture was excellent especially sofa in lounge. Everything was very clean except that one pillowcase in the small double room was clearly dirty - it had a yellow mark and hairs on it. Also one of the blue towels had strange orange streaks on it. These did not detract in any way from the holiday but thought it was worth mentioning so that all bedding/towels are checked carefully. Really lovely house - missing the views!

Stunning house

We stayed here for a week with our family and can't recommend it highly enough. The house itself is stunning and finished to a very high standard. The rooftop terrace is lovely and the views from the entire apartment are wonderful. The location is also fantastic - a ten minute downhill walk into Brixham, and a slightly slower walk back up again! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.
