Nestled on the edge of the cliff in front of the sea, Cliff Villa offers undisturbed, panoramic, exceptional views to the Aegean sea, Antiparos island and the sunsets.

Cliff Villa is designed with respect to the Cycladic Architecture and in great harmony with the surrounding scenery. Whitewashed Cycladic architecture switching to natural stone walls with smooth, cement paved surfaces compose the structure of Cliff Villa.

The spacious private terraces with panoramic sea view, furniture just as real and natural as a rock from European designer, pergola-shaded concrete dining table and loungers create ample space for lounge spots and provide a sense of luxury and relaxation.

The Villa is the perfect gateway for families or group of friends who wish to relax, enjoy the breathtaking sea and sunset views and experience the ambience of Paros island breeze and sky.

Cliff Villa spans in two levels of opulent comfort, decorated for guests of every taste. It combines marble and cement floorings with white walls as well as contemporary art pieces and furniture, to showcase the traditional architecture while creating a minimal living space. Special custom made concrete furniture designed exclusively for the villa along with bamboo details complete the ‘canvas’ of the interior setting.

The ground floor features an open plan living room in harmony with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with built in double bed and one bathroom with shower. The upper level hosts a master bedroom with built in double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a large private balcony with stunning sea view.

A large swimming pool in a lower lever (to be shared by the guests of the Villas’ complex) with sitting areas offer to the guests’ variety and flexibility to their stay throughout the day.

Cliff Villa can accommodate 4 guests. The sofa beds can accommodate 2 children additionally.

Housekeeping and bed sheets replacement every 3 days are included in the rate.

The Hosts are extremely helpful and caring. The view is amazing! Rooms are nice. We really missed the fact that the pool was so shallow, that is wij we did not enjoy the pool the way we normally do with our boys. And recommended a dishwasher. We had a great stay! Thank you Alexandros and family!

Our stay was great and the house was lovely. There were two small issues that we informed the owner of and he indicated that he would take care of after we left.Unfortuantely it rained two fo the four days so we were not able to use the pool or the porch nuch but the view was lovely.

The most wonderful experience

The property managers were incredible start to finish, very communicative and accommodating. They also had wonderful recommendations and could be reached at any time. Overall, the property was stunning and the perfect size for our group of 4. It had ample space for everything we needed, there was cleaning after 3 days and the views were incredible. Would highly recommend.

After a few wonderful days in Athens, we were ready for some island time in mid-September — and this villa was absolutely perfect! Getting to the house was easy with our rental car, and we loved that it was so peaceful and secluded.The villa and the entire complex are just beautiful, with three lovely terraces to choose from. My favorite was the west-facing one — the sunsets were breathtaking! The views were stunning - all ocean views. Communication was superb, and our host Alex checked in on us, which we really appreciated.Besides enjoying the pool for swimming, I loved my morning walk (about 10 minutes) down to the beach — the water was crystal clear and the beach itself wonderfully quiet. The area was perfect for us, with plenty of great dinner options nearby, especially the excellent fish restaurants at Agia Irini. We also enjoyed taking the ferry to Antiparos — lots of charming restaurants there as well.September was the ideal time to visit — fewer people, everyone relaxed, and no traffic!Thank you for a truly beautiful stay. We hope to come back!

Luxury and beauty

The Cliff House was spectacular with large patios facing the sea. Parking is tight but manageable, and everything else was absolutely first-class, a pleasure to have the property cleaned every other day. The staff were responsive and very helpful. One thing-it would be helpful to have instructions on using the washing machine in English, they are in Greek, which is Greek to me.
