Nichée au bord de la falaise face à la mer, la Cliff Villa offre une vue panoramique exceptionnelle et imprenable sur la mer Égée, l’île d’Antiparos et les couchers de soleil.

La Cliff Villa a été conçue dans le respect de l’architecture cycladique et en parfaite harmonie avec le paysage environnant. L'architecture cycladique blanchie à la chaux, alternant avec des murs en pierre naturelle et des surfaces lisses pavées de ciment, compose la structure de Cliff Villa.

Les spacieuses terrasses privées offrant une vue panoramique sur la mer, le mobilier aussi authentique et naturel qu'un rocher, signé par un designer européen, la table à manger en béton ombragée par une pergola et les chaises longues créent un vaste espace de détente et procurent une sensation de luxe et de relaxation.

La villa est le lieu de séjour idéal pour les familles ou les groupes d’amis qui souhaitent se détendre, profiter des vues imprenables sur la mer et le coucher de soleil, et s’imprégner de l’ambiance de l’île de Paros, entre brise marine et ciel azur.

La Villa Cliff s’étend sur deux niveaux au confort somptueux, aménagés pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Elle allie des sols en marbre et en ciment à des murs blancs, ainsi qu’à des œuvres d’art contemporain et un mobilier moderne, afin de mettre en valeur l’architecture traditionnelle tout en créant un espace de vie minimaliste. Des meubles en béton spécialement conçus sur mesure pour la villa, associés à des détails en bambou, viennent compléter la « toile de fond » de l’aménagement intérieur.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon ouvert en harmonie avec la salle à manger et la cuisine entièrement équipée, une chambre avec un lit double encastré et une salle de bains avec douche. L’étage supérieur abrite une chambre principale avec un lit double encastré, une salle de bains attenante avec douche et un accès à un grand balcon privé offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Une grande piscine située au niveau inférieur (à partager avec les autres hôtes du complexe de villas) et dotée d’espaces de détente offre aux hôtes une grande variété et une grande flexibilité tout au long de la journée.

La Cliff Villa peut accueillir 4 personnes. Les canapés-lits permettent d’accueillir 2 enfants supplémentaires.

The view is everything! We had a ruff start to Paros, between the port craziness and getting our rental car, but once we got to the villa and saw the view we forgot all of it! You definitely need a rental car if you want to see the sites, but if you just want no car and to chill, it’s great.

Beautiful stay in Paros! The pictures do not do justice to the beauty from every window and balcony of this amazing villa! Four of us stayed very comfortably with two bedroom with lovely bedding and well appointed bathrooms for each separate suite. We had the giant pool to ourselves and enjoyed using the kitchen and patio to make meals and eat admiring the beautiful waters. The housekeeper was so sweet and attentive and communication with the owner was smooth and friendly. I highly recommend this villa for an amazing Greek island experience.

The villa is absolutely beautiful and spotless. The seafront view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed the most stunning sunsets right from the villa. It’s peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Our stay at this villa in Paros was absolutely incredible! The property did not disappoint—in fact, the views were even more breathtaking in person than they appeared on the website. The Hosts are extremely helpful and caring. The view is amazing! Rooms are nice. We really missed the fact that the pool was so shallow, that is wij we did not enjoy the pool the way we normally do with our boys. And recommended a dishwasher. We had a great stay! Thank you Alexandros and family!

The most wonderful experience

The property managers were incredible start to finish, very communicative and accommodating. They also had wonderful recommendations and could be reached at any time. Overall, the property was stunning and the perfect size for our group of 4. It had ample space for everything we needed, there was cleaning after 3 days and the views were incredible. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was great and the house was lovely. There were two small issues that we informed the owner of and he indicated that he would take care of after we left.Unfortuantely it rained two fo the four days so we were not able to use the pool or the porch nuch but the view was lovely.

Luxury and beauty

The Cliff House was spectacular with large patios facing the sea. Parking is tight but manageable, and everything else was absolutely first-class, a pleasure to have the property cleaned every other day. The staff were responsive and very helpful. One thing-it would be helpful to have instructions on using the washing machine in English, they are in Greek, which is Greek to me.

After a few wonderful days in Athens, we were ready for some island time in mid-September — and this villa was absolutely perfect! Getting to the house was easy with our rental car, and we loved that it was so peaceful and secluded.The villa and the entire complex are just beautiful, with three lovely terraces to choose from. My favorite was the west-facing one — the sunsets were breathtaking! The views were stunning - all ocean views. Communication was superb, and our host Alex checked in on us, which we really appreciated.Besides enjoying the pool for swimming, I loved my morning walk (about 10 minutes) down to the beach — the water was crystal clear and the beach itself wonderfully quiet. The area was perfect for us, with plenty of great dinner options nearby, especially the excellent fish restaurants at Agia Irini. We also enjoyed taking the ferry to Antiparos — lots of charming restaurants there as well.September was the ideal time to visit — fewer people, everyone relaxed, and no traffic!Thank you for a truly beautiful stay. We hope to come back!
