This bright and welcoming apartment features original floors, exposed wooden beams, and carefully designed spaces, making it an ideal base to enjoy Florence in comfort. It boasts an exceptional location, just behind the Uffizi Gallery and a short walk from Piazza della Signoria.

Perfect for families or small groups, it offers two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed), plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing breakfast before heading out, and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a 32” LED TV for streaming.

The apartment is set inside a typical 12th-century Florentine building, within walking distance of Florence’s top landmarks, including the Uffizi Gallery, Galileo Museum, Bargello Museum, and the Duomo complex. The area is also full of great restaurants and local spots, perfect for making the most of your stay.

Please note: in the basement of the building there is a disco pub open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings with excellent soundproofing. Therefore, there may be people or gatherings outside during the weekend.

Bright and spacious, this apartment is perfect for a stay in the heart of Florence, just steps from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi Gallery.

It sleeps up to 5 guests and offers:
2 bedrooms (one king-size bed, one double bed)
a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space

You’ll also find a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), plus a dining table for 6. Guests have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a 32” LED TV for streaming.

Please note: there is a disco pub in the building basement, open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The building is well soundproofed, however there may be more activity outside during the weekend.

The apartment was great! It was in a very good location close to many restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. My brother and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location (if you don't mind some noise), cute apartment

The apartment was adorable. The master bedroom is very spacious, but the second bedroom is a bit more cramped. Free A/C and wifi, comfortable beds. When you walk downstairs, you are right in the middle of a great area with restaurants and shops. Walking distance to all the major attractions. It is located over a nightclub, which bothered one person in our party who is a light sleeper (but I fall asleep to music frequently). You can definitely hear it thumping, but earplugs/ my headphones worked just fine (plus we were exhausted from all the walking). Checkin/checkout process a little difficult. We had to call/text a number and wait a while for someone to bring the key. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Todo cerca. Y aunque el barrio es bullicioso, dentro de la casa no es tan notorio. El alojamiento es amplio y acogedor y dispone de todo lo necesario. Wifi, aire acondicionado, cocina completa, electrodomésticos necesarios (plancha, secador de pelo, …) hemos estado muy a gusto, la verdad. Las fotos de la web se corresponden con la realidad.
