Very nice place. Didn’t meet the host but communication was very good with her. Loved her suggestions on transit and restaurants. Updated pillows and linens would be a nice touch, also a small welcome basket with goodies.

Good location and amenities. We had issues with the hot water service but the owners were very responsive and the issue was rectified. Our family of five enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Excellent location. Nicole was an excellent host who communicated well and allowed us to have an early check in, which was appreciated after a long flight from the Antipodes.

Our host was great, however the unit was dirty. Towels were stained and insufficient for three people. Unit was misinterpreted online. Patio was dirty, outside was very unkempt. There was water left in the coffee maker from previous guest. 2nd bedroom was so tiny there you could not walk thru the room to get to the dresser. No closet space for 2nd bedroom. There was closet space in the hallway but it was full of cleaning supplies and no place to hang clothes. Chair in living area was broken down. Unfortunately my first bad experience at a VRBO.

The owner was extremely responsive to our needs especially when the water heater stopped working. They were quick to get it fixed. Several upgrades have been made to the property which we were pleasantly surprised to see.

Great place!

This place was perfect for us! Most importantly, it was a great location - short walk to tube and food shopping. The flat/apartment itself was very nice - kitchen and bathroom especially. Both were very recently remodelled and beautiful. The host was great and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.
