Condo was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The condo was very close to the beach and the view from the condo was amazing. The host responded very quickly and check in was so easy! The resort was actually pretty nice and the restaurant on the grounds was pretty decent. We would definitely rebook this condo again!!

The E building at the Princessa is the way to go! Penthouse units have amazing views, especially sunset and you are not blasted by the morning sun. This is a corner unit with covered balcony on top, extra slider door at dining room table. Clean, well appointed condo - great decor. Easy to get to the beach. Amazing views, we had perfect weather! Comfy beds! We would stay again for sure! Thanks for the memories Rocky Point!

Great Stay, Reasonably priced, and great views. Trash was a big deal we didnt know where to throw it or do with it, upstairs is very hot, probably needs a mini split or something to cool it down, and wifi problems. overall i think its a great stay. 5 stars if these issues checked my boxes

In a world where 5 star reviews are given to almost anything this place deserves a 6 star rating. Probably one of the most thoughtfully equipped places I have stayed before. From the location to the bedside chargers to the comfortable couches and beds, this place is a gem. Such a relaxed atmosphere right here on the beach. Enough space to relax in and the upstairs room is a delight with the added balcony for the early morning coffee. This is now our go to family stay. Thanks Scott, great host and great place. Appreciate the effort and the small touches.

The location was great, next to the ocean, easy to get to the beach, shops and food available on premises and other nice places nearby. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped with up to date amenities. Great spot.

Rocky Point with Friends

The penthouse condo was very nice and provided for a great way to travel with friends with clean and comfy beds, lounging area, and kitchen supplies for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo with beautiful views and plenty of room for friends and family.

We had a great time staying at Scott's condo. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. Beautiful 180 views of the Sea of Cortez and steps to the beach. We will stay again!

Nice place

Good spot to stay. It's a 5th floor condo but also has a second story where the master suite is at. Great view of the ocean and pool area. Everything is clean and everything worked with no issues.

Best Kept Secret

Love the property and the condo. Smooth check-in process and great communication with owner. One of the best and experiences ever. Can't wait to rent with Scott again.
