The house was nice and clean, very well stocked, as listed and described. Beds were comfortable, but living room furniture was a bit worn. Some flooring inside and out also could use some updating/fixing as it seemed to be rotting- especially in one bedroom, kitchen and outside bathroom area. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful location and peaceful stay

Easy and fast correspondences and the surrounding area is nice. The beach access was nice and the walk was a short block away. Overall the stay was great with a few minor mishaps, but response was fast for resolving the issue. We would stay here again.

Nice Place and Location

Was a nice place to stay and even though not right on the beach was a closer walk to beach than some of the condo's I've stayed in. I would recommend.

We were surprised to find the house had just been remodeled, everything was beautiful inside! The location was perfect, and one of the partners that owned thr house even brought us a Christmas tree. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!

The house was great. Very nice features like the huge deck with beautiful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach - a short stroll across the street. The ice machine in the kitchen was a welcome amenity. On days when it rained you can enjoy the downstairs area with porch swings. We were very happy and hope to visit again.

Summer Vacation

The house was great for our group. Plenty of room and location was perfect. We had some issues with plumbing, but agent was quick to respond. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beach.

Perfect Beach House

This home is close enough to walk to the beach. Had plenty of space for our family of 12. Had everything we needed. Quick response to all messages we had with property manager & housekeeping. I would definitely recommend this home!

Family Vacation for 8

Good for the Soul was in a beautiful location. It was just steps away from the beach and had two great outdoor areas to enjoy if you could not or did not want to be on the beach or if there was less than desirable weather. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The house also came with some beach chairs and toys. Please be aware that the house is in a private subdivision with private beach. They do not allow expandable canopies on this area of the beach and it is strictly enforced. The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us to relax and watch tv at night and a big table for eating. The kitchen and living room were roomy and we did not feel like we were constantly on top of each other. Our family would definitely stay again but would be better prepared with umbrellas for beach shade.

110 steps to the sand! Large deck with a beach view!

Awesome location just one lot away from the beach. Very clean and nice. Not many amenities around but the house is laid out so well, you do not really need them. The house is equipped with everything that you need and is fantastic for a large group. It is a very quiet and serene location. .. just perfect for the family. Loved it and will stay again!

Good Place For Family With Young Children

Spent the morning and early afternoon at the beach. By mid-afternoon the sun was behind the Beach Club Condo shading the deck making is a nice place to sit out with the breeze. The large deck area made it perfect for two 1-year old & one 3-years old children to play and hang-out with parents & grandparents. Good view of the Gulf from the deck.

Amazing

Wonderful beach getaway with all the family. We can’t wait to go back. Very spacious. Great thoughtful beach toys, you don’t have to bring any beach items; they had chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids. The communication with the manager was amazing and she always had consistent communication. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

The perfect house for our big family on a beautiful private beach

We come to Cabana Beach every other June from California where we live in the Pacific Beach in Santa Monica. Cabana beach is a magical beach and this was the perfect t house for our large family. The deck was a nice gathering place for my birthday 70th birthday. We have stayed at different house over the year but this one actually has comfortable furniture to relax and play games when we were not at the beach. The swings were really nice to enjoy out of the hot sun. Everything was perfect

So relaxing!!

We really enjoyed this property for many reasons. The number one reason we loved it was the distance we had to walk to the beach. It was so nice to not have to pack and unpack a vehicle to get there! Love the outdoor shower to clean off before going inside. The huge deck was a total hit with our family. All the beach toys, chairs, and porch swings were also a home run! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms as well! We already considering our next trip to the same location.
