This spacious coastal retreat sits directly on the sand, offering breathtaking Gulf views, bright and welcoming interiors, and plenty of room for families and groups to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the beach just steps from the door.
Boasting 2,366 sq. ft. of contemporary living space, this home is perfectly designed for hosting family and friends. Step inside to an airy, open-concept floor plan featuring beautiful flooring, high ceilings, and expansive windows that bathe the space in natural light while showcasing stunning Gulf views.
On the first floor, the living areaâwith oversized windows and uninterrupted beach viewsâflows seamlessly into the dining space and fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together when you're not exploring local restaurants. This level also includes two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom for added convenience, along with access to the porch where you can unwind to the soothing sound of the waves.
On the second floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, three additional guest bedrooms, and the laundry room. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features sliding glass doors leading to a large private Gulf-front balconyâperfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. The third guest bedroom is also en-suite, while the fourth and fifth guest bedrooms share easy access to a hallway bathroom.
Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide added comfort and convenience throughout your stay. âIt's Always Sunnyâ is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, just 3.5 miles from the center of townâoffering a peaceful beachfront setting with easy access to dining, shopping, and attractions.
