East Bay 101 est une chambre, une salle de bain avec un accès facile au club-house, au bain à remous extérieur, au port de plaisance, au Tiki Bar et aux complexes à proximité Capacité d'accueil 4. Un emplacement au bord du lac pour profiter de tout ce que Summit County a à offrir. Le salon confortable dispose d'un écran plat et d'une cheminée à bois. Cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable. Hall d'entrée a un banc de démarrage. Sièges de table à manger 4, sièges de bar de cuisine 2. Wifi gratuit et câble. Terrasse couverte avec barbecue à gaz et des sièges pour 4 vous permet de vous asseoir même s'il neige. Prenez les incroyables vues de la montagne et du lac depuis les fenêtres du sol au plafond ou le pont spacieux. La chambre principale a une reine, une écran plat et un évier et un espace de dressage séparé du bain principal. QSS dans le salon pour les invités supplémentaires. Le complexe dispose d'un parking couvert et des allées, une maison club avec jacuzzi extérieur, un billard, un sauna, un bar, une cheminée, une zone de rassemblement et des installations de blanchisserie. Le casier à skis et le stationnement à vélo dans le parking couvert sont pratiques. 5 minutes à Keystone, 15 minutes à Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, 20 minutes à Breckenridge, à 35 minutes de Vail. Un sentier plat le long du lac vous emmène au Dillon Marina, y compris la plage de motos aquatique et le célèbre bar Tiki. Suivez le sentier le long du lac ou empruntez le sentier récréatif qui vous mènera au nouvel amphithéâtre de Dillon et au marché du vendredi. Le nouvel amphithéâtre Dillon, doté de 8 millions de dollars, propose des concerts gratuits et payants de juin à septembre. Moins de 5 minutes en voiture du supermarché, REI, les points de vente Silverthorne, restaurants, brasserie et vie nocturne. Situé à côté de plus de 30 milles de la piste pavée de Summit County / route récréative qui s'étend à Keystone, Copper Mountain ou Breckenridge. We just returned home from a long weekend in Dillon. Our primary purpose for our stay was to explore the area and attend a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. This location is within easy distance for hikes, bike rides and a short walk to the concert venue. It is well stocked and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake from the deck. We enjoyed eating our lunch on the deck and can definately imagine returning in the future.

Perfect spot!

My husband is hiking the CDT, and this was the perfect spot for him to get off the trail for a bit. We had a great time! We were able to enjoy so many local activities and the condo served our purposes perfectly! Highly recommend!

Great central location with beautiful lake & Mountain View’s

Perfect accommodations & location for our stay. Centrally located with easy access to all of summit county. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck to end our active day of biking or hiking. This unit had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

Good location, but no cleaned and misleading pictures

Hello, the location was great. Easy walk to Dillion amphitheater. We were right on the water but the photos made it seem we could walk to the water right from our porch. The condo was also not clean. The carpet was 100% not vacuumed at all. And our bed sheet was placed inside out so I’m convinced they didn’t wash it and just turned it around for us.

We're sorry to hear that your stay wasn't to your satisfaction. We are sorry to hear about any perceived lack of cleanliness at the property. Our policy is to triple-sheet the bed, which means that a flat sheet is added to the top and bottom of the comforter. Although the top sheet may have accidentally been upside down, the property was absolutely cleaned prior to your stay. Additionally, the property was absolutely vacuumed prior to your stay. We regret that we were not informed about any issues you perceived about cleanliness, as we would have followed up with you immediately. We really do hope you enjoyed your stay.

It was summer and the condo has no air conditioning but the window wasBroken and duct taped closed. The shower had just a trickle as the lever to turn shower on was stuck. Large carpet was old and stained and we kept tripping over it as it was not level. Furniture is clearly old and from the 80’s. For an older couple staying here I would say it was even unsafe with that carpet. All that said, the staff was very helpful and kind. For the over 350 a night I think the owners can consider a few updates

Autumn getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an issue with the key not unlocking the door properly. The issue was finally resolved when a locksmith came by the next morning to make a new key. Throughout this whole problem, the property management company was nothing but professional and responsive to my needs in a prompt manner. The rental unit was in an excellent location, clean and very well stocked with everything that I might need. The only thing I might add is, it was very scary taking a shower. The tub was very slick, I couldn't find a rubber bath mat, and there were no grab bars. On the whole, it was a wonderful getaway for a few days, after being stuck at home for months, and a beautiful part of our state to escape to. It was very easy to reserve a condo with Summit Resort Group. Lots of emails telling me everything I needed to know, and with very thorough directions. I would definitely use them again.

Getaway without children.

The scenery was beautiful. The house was clean. The tv was outdated and unable to cast streaming movies from your phone. The bed was not great. Sleeping was a bit warmer than desired even with the fan. It was a good time, but a few changes would have the made the stay particularly lovely!
