Charming masseria fully renovated in 2024

Welcome to Masseria Ramasian
Masseria Ramasian is in the perfect position to visit Puglia, close to so many towns as Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Alberobello and Ostuni. Close to the beach as well, but fully surrounded by the Apulian countryside, Masseria Ramasian grants a peaceful vacation, immersed in the silence of the nature and in the endless olive groves.
With strong respect for its ancient architecture, Masseria Ramasian has been fully renovated in 2024 and preserves the nature of a real farm with the furnishings from the past restored without artifice, expressing the love for the Apulian tradition with its typical cement tiles, the arches, the cement and the stone.
Today Masseria Ramasian has become a unique farmhouse which unites its strong agricultural identity with refined hospitality. The old stall has been turned into the current breakfast area.

Room and Suites
Guests may benefit from an exclusive privacy since the Masseria consists of only 6 suites, any of them with private bathroom. All of them are large and comfortable, ranging between 40sqm and 75 sqm. The Masseria may accomodate up to 20 adults as per the following:
Suite 1_At 45 sqm, this suite can accommodate up to two guests. it is accessed through a private garden that leads immediately into the beautiful bedroom with a king-size bed placed in the centre of the tastefully furnished room. The bathroom is impressive, with a very spacious bath set in stone and a shower made of stone and resin. Courtesy set, TV, safe, wardrobe and mini fridge complete this magnificent suite.
Suite 2_With its 60 square metres, this suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. The room shows a large living room composed of two typical stone chaise longues that, if necessary, become two comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. The bedroom was obtained from the old manger of the masseria, skilfully renovated while leaving the Apulian style intact. The sleeping area is accessed by descending steps. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and a courtesy set. The suite is equipped with a TV, safe, wardrobe and mini fridge.
Suite3_With its 70 sqm, this suite can accommodate up to 4 guests. Upon entering, one enters a spacious living room where the ancient fireplace towers, with two typical stone chaise longues that, when needed, become two comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. A king-size bed makes its show in the centre of the bedroom from which one can glimpse the splendid private pool for the exclusive use of the bedroom. The comfortable and spacious bathroom offers a large shower and complimentary toiletries. The suite is equipped with a TV, safe, wardrobe and mini fridge
Suite4_It can accomodate 2 adults and has two private terraces: the first allows access into the room, the second offers a wonderful private pool for the exclusive use of the guests of this suite where you can sip wine, sunbathe and relax. The bedroom features the typical cross vaults and is elegantly furnished, giving you an extreme sense of peace. In the bathroom, a shower completely set in stone makes a fine display. The suite is equipped with a TV, safe, wardrobe and mini fridge.
Suite5_ With its 60 sqm , this suite consists of two bedrooms with typical cross vaults. Furnished with designer furniture and lighting, it perfectly combines the preserved Apulian style with the most modern taste.
The unique bathroom reflects the style of the suite and consists of a very large shower.
A private terrace of about 50 sqm, on which you can relax or enjoy aperitifs, completes this splendid suite.

Suite6_This suite, measuring about 80 sqm , is located on the high floor of the masseria. It is accessed from a private terrace that leads to a large living room with two typical stone chaise longues that, if necessary, become two comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. Continuing on, one reaches the bathroom, with two large washbasins and a large, comfortable shower.
The bedroom has a king-size bed and is particularly bright. From there, there is access via a few steps to a terrace of over 60 sqm from which it is possible to see the pool and the olive grove of the masseria.
The suite is equipped with a TV, safe, wardrobe and mini fridge. TERM&CONDITIONS
Upon your reservation you will receive a link through which you may execute the check in online within the day prior to your arrival.
Please be aware that in case of failure of on line check-in before your arrival, a service fee of 90 euro will be applied.
Check-in can be done from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
After 8:00 pm and until midnight an extra-fee of 80 euro will be charged. After midnight, entry is allowed upon request with an extra fee of 100 euros.
Check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. After 10:00 a service fee of 150 euros will be charged.
A final cleaning fee of 300 euro will be charged and it is not included in the price. The rate you choose includes a daily cleaning of your room and the kitchen so consider that any days an housekeeper will come inside.
Linen and sheets are changed every 7 days. A daily change can be provided upon request at a cost of 15 euros per person.
Pets not allowed.
A crib is available upon request at a cost of 25 euros for the entire stay.
Please note that at check-in you will have to pay the City of Monopoli tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person from the age of 12. The following categories are exempt from payment: residents. Upon arrival we will ask for credit card details on which to charge any extras and to guarantee any damages caused. A caution of 500 euro will be asked at your arrival and refunded once you will departure.
It is forbidden to bring unregistered guests into the Masseria rooms and property without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to charge guests for any of the following (e.g., breakage, stains, damage to furniture or structures and equipment). Please report any accidental damage should it occur immediately in order to minimize the cost. Lost keys will incur a replacement cost for each lost key.
Any items lost or forgotten by guests during their stay, if found, will be kept for a period of one month. Although we will do our best to return lost items to their owners, we accept no responsibility and encourage guests to make sure they have all their items before leaving the Masseria.
All of our rooms are equipped with a safe. It is the responsibility of each guest to protect their valuables. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft during your stay.
Upon request, we may provide you with daily breakfast, lunch, aperitif and dinner.
