WINTER "SNOWBIRD” SEASON: 2 MO. MINIMUM STAY- $10,000 for a 2 mo. term (Jan, Feb. March).

4 MO. MINIMUM STAY DISCOUNTED - (Dec. through March, 120 days) = $18,000 for the 4 mo. term.

WINTER SEASON, single month (30 days) = $5,500/mo.

SUMMER SEASON, single month (30 days) = $6,000/mo. Discount possible for multiple months stay. For other rental dates/rates, please contact owner.

Lake Havasu City local events, especially evenings downtown, on Mc Culloch Blvd. Cat tail Cove State Park with RV spaces & boat launch ramp is on Hwy 95 South. There is also a free water taxi from docks near the London Bridge, to the
reservation casino across the lake, from Lake Havasu City. We're located just a mile from Windsor Beach and multiple boat ramps. Free Site Six launch ramp, ON the island, as well. Crazy Horse Campground nearby. Perfect for overflow guests or those traveling in RV's. NO RV PARKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE AT THE ISLES. Also, onsite boat trailer/guest & owner vehicle parking in common areas: 3 days maximum allowed.
