Very spacious, open floor plan, with 2260 square foot to spread out. Attached Casita with separate AC unit. Master Bedroom and Bath are on opposite side of other bedrooms. 34 feet Boat deep garage with extra parking on driveway and on the side of the house. Come relax in this fully furnished house with 75 inch smart TV in living room. Pool table and plenty of board games for family game nights. Located only 5 mins from the Windsor launch ramp. Close to shopping, stores, and restaurants.

Your safety and comfort is our top priority! Our professional house cleaning service is taking all the necessary precautions to ensure that our home is cleaned to the highest standards. The cleaning crew is disinfecting surfaces, including floors, countertops, all bathroom surfaces, door knobs, light switches, refrigerator handle, etc. with a neutral pH, hospital grade disinfectant. Book with confidence knowing that it's our priority to always have a clean, welcoming home. The AC will be on for your arrival.

Great base for boating on the lake.

The booking and property entry process was smooth and efficient. The property was very well equipped and spotless. The garage accommodated our 28 ft boat and trailer which was a great convenience and provided peace of mind overnight. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing room for a large family and convenience to the local attractions.

Lovely and well appointed

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and open floor plan. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and every detail had been thought of down to travel samples of shampoo and easy to follow check out instructions. Plenty of towels and blankets were provided. We did not want to share a great review because were afraid the house would be too popular! We will absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing & Spacious

Troy was an amazing host. Communication was great, house was just as described. The location was perfect for Havasu. I especially want to call out that Troy returned my husband wallet that he forgot in the desk draw even after 5 hours past check out. Thank you! I absolutely recommend this house if you're looking for a house close to Havasu.

Outdated and smells

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are much cleaner and updated places to stay in Havasu with pools and better amenities.

The house was clean and well organized. Spacious feel with separate bedroom accommodations. Made group travel for 4 couples absolutely perfect. The house is well stocked with utensils, dishes and needs to stay comfortably. Just bring your food and drinks.

The full experience from start to finish was exceptional! Place was super clean and nicely cooled !

The super host Silvia was awesome and very patient in helping us finalize our stay. We were 8 and all of us felt very "homey". Everything was very well taken care of and the a.c. was amazing. The living room furniture, the beds and even the showers were so comfy. You will love this home for you and your family and friends ! See you soon.

Great all-around place to stay

This house was in a great location, not far up the hill like many, 5 min to main road, split bedroom design and open middle was great for everyone. Super clean, well stocked, and a huge garage. we will be renting again next year for sure.

Homey spacious house

We enjoyed the empty garage for our boat! The teenage boys all became pool sharks with the pool table. Air conditioning was great and having the casita was an added bonus. I would stay here again. Thank you
