Check in was seamless and the host is very responsive if you run into any issues. The building is centrally located, with access to public transit, but also a great base if you want to explore London on foot as well. I had everything I needed during my stay and appreciated the hosts also helping accommodate me in a different room after an unforeseen issue!

It’s a nice suite and good location, lots of options for food and the underground is close by. The place was quiet until the last night and then whoever moved in upstairs was very noisy.The Nestor Group was very available to answer questions and were very reasonable.Looking forward to our next stay in a few weeks.

Place is clean, location is good with good underground access into London. Some issues with getting in the main entrance however a team member was close by and was able to let us in.We had a back of house suite for this visit so no views of the street.Other than that there appears to be daily garbage on the street strewn around. It would be nice not to walk out each morning to a mess on the street.

Room had all amenities I needed (kitchen, sitting area, natural light, desk) and check in and check out process was seamless. Location was great - very close to Gloucester Rd station and Kensington high street.

Our accommodation was nothing like the photos on the listing. It is located in a good location with close services and transport. We had a ground floor apartment with poor lighting. The bed was comfortable, the sofa and chairs were not. The wardrobe was falling apart. The kitchen plates, utensils and glasses were not clean and there were no dish cleaning materials not even a cloth. The shower had mould on the ceiling and walls and facilities generally were below the standard one would expect. In general it was disappointing stay.

Lovely little studio for me and my partner. Was very cosy and had all the relevant appliance. It had a desk to also do work. Would happily come back again for a short break, if needed.

My wife and I had a great stay. The flat was clean and as described. The staff was prompt and accommodating to our requests over chat. The flat is also conveniently located near a tube station, allowing for easy transportation across London.
