Our home, "La Maddalena 29," is a large two-story villa surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with olive trees.
The ground floor houses two apartments in addition to our own living quarters, where we reside with our affectionate little furry friends; rest assured, they will not disturb you, as the entrance to our garden is separate from the rental area.
The apartment described on this page is located on the first floor; it measures 57 sqm and features a furnished panoramic terrace.
It is a corner unit (free on three sides) offering sea views towards Cefalù and the surrounding hills. It comfortably accommodates five people, with the option to use a single sofa bed upon request.
Please note that some areas have sloping ceilings (max. height 2.70m – min. height 0.95m).
The layout is as follows:
- Entrance leading to a small living area with a single sofa bed and a pedestal fan.
- Bedroom with a double bed (20cm-thick mattress, 140cm x 200cm) and a single bed; equipped with air conditioning and a pedestal fan.
- Bedroom with a double bed (20cm-thick mattress, 140cm x 200cm); equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
- Bathroom with a window, featuring a built-in shower with a curtain, toilet (handheld bidet sprayer instead of a traditional bidet), sink, and hairdryer.
- Interior bathroom with forced-air ventilation, featuring a built-in shower with a curtain, toilet (handheld bidet sprayer instead of a traditional bidet), sink, and hairdryer.
- Kitchen with a marble table (4-zone induction cooktop, electric oven, and refrigerator) and a ceiling fan. - CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM; please notify us of your arrival time one day in advance (as this is a private home, there is no 24-hour reception).
- LATE CHECK-IN: After 9:00 PM; must be arranged in advance and incurs an additional fee of €30.
- NIGHT CHECK-IN: After midnight; must be arranged in advance and incurs an additional fee of €50.

- ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION: Included up to 7 kWh per day.
Consumption exceeding 7 kWh per day will be charged at €0.55 per kWh, payable at check-out.
There is a meter inside the apartment; readings will be taken at check-in and check-out to verify consumption.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tourist tax (from April 1st to October 31st): Payable upon arrival at €2 per person per day for the first 5 nights; children aged 0–12 are exempt. Available upon request for an additional fee:
- Beach towel
- Beach chair
- Transfer to/from Cefalù train station
- Use of the washing machine

Please:
- Do NOT flush any paper down the toilet; use the provided waste bin instead.
- Leave the refrigerator, induction cooktop, pots, dishes, and barbecue clean.
- Do NOT leave trash, empty bottles, or cans inside the house.
- Do NOT allow dogs on the bed or sofa, and please keep the garden clean.

A security deposit is required for stays longer than two weeks.
Any costs for damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Furnished garden area under the olive trees for summer evenings
- Uncovered parking space for one car (free) on the property
- Outdoor shower with changing area and hot water
- Washing machine (fee applies)
